L'emplacement est tout à fait correct dans un quartier calme à environ 15 à 20 mn à pied du palais du Dioclétien et de la promenade du bord de mer. Situé dans le bas de la colline de Marjan, nous avions, depuis le salon, une belle vue dégagée sur de grandes maisons dans une belle végétation.
L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation et les autres équipements plus classiques et très propre.
Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été très cordiaux, elle nous a parfaitement renseignés sur nos questions et s'est montrée souple sur notre horaire d'arrivée, ce qui a été très utile et agréable.
Nous sommes prêt à renouveler cette expérience sans hésitation.

Appartamento pulito, nuovo e funzionale, dotato di tutti i comfort compresa la lavatrice. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e lontana allo stesso tempo dalla confusione
Camera molto stretta e non dotatata di aria condizionata. L'aria condizionata è presente solo in salotto e non arriva in camera. Cuscini del letto scomodi.
Inoltre ci sono grosse difficoltà nel parcheggiare la macchina, il che costringe a passare molto tempo a girare per strada.
Non ho avuto nessuna indicazione sulle modalità di check out dopo averle espressamente richieste.

De ligging, op 15 min lopen ben je in het centrum. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Geen airco in de slaapkamer en er is gratis parkeren maar een plekje vinden is uitdagend

Optisch schön renoviert, Wohnzimmer und Bad ausreichend groß. Küche gut ausgestattet und Balkon ist dabei. Bad hat eine große Dusche und sonst auch gut.
Sehr kleines Schlafzimmer und das Doppelbett war auch ziemlich schmal (ca. 160cm). Insgesamt war das Apartment sehr billig renoviert: Regendusche hat nicht funktioniert, die Klimaanlage hat getropft (daher sollten wir sie nicht unter 20 grad stellen) und hat auch nicht wirklich gekühlt, eine Steckdose hing aus der Wand, etc.
