Extremely helpful staff. Great location (close to public transport and Vatican) supermarket, laundromat and restaurants at door step. Really cold aircon and comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Warm and great size shower. Huge windows which open for ventilation.Everything required for a comfortable stay.

Our stay here was good, however Air conditioning for the euro heat needs to be more powerful
The young lady at reception was a delight and very friendly
Only issues we had were that the rooms they gave us were great but please be aware that it was seperated by a curtain not a physical door. This was not in the description so was disappointed with that aspect. Also the bed in the main room was out of place of the mattress as if it was an Ill fit for the bed. I informed them and hopefully they have corrected this issue.

Good location with good amenities. Good communication from staff.
We had paid extra for a superior room which on the website says should include 2 king beds and a sofa bed. We were given a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed. We asked to be refunded the difference since we had paid extra for 2 normal beds and they refused. Also the apartment was not 100% clean (dirty cups in cupboard and when pulling out the sofa bed there was a bunch of crumbs), when we asked to for extra sheets for the sofa bed the staff delivering them walked in without knocking while someone was in the shower.
