Reception was friendly and prompt. The room was big and comfortable.
The washing machine was broken (it had to be repaired), while not the fault of the hotel, they did have time to check and fix the issue before arrival. We were not able to do laundry because of it, a solution was found with the helpful staff (thank you!).

Great location just outside the old city walls. The building was quiet and secure. The unit was clean and the common areas were spacious. The bathroom & kitchen were well stocked with all the essentials. Would stay again!
The bedrooms were small and the beds were a bit hard. But still much more space than a standard hotel room.
