Looking to vacation in beautiful Key Largo?! Look no further! Our 800sq ft Beach theamed trailer home with a warp around deck. With a shared dock and tiny beach area access, is the perfect place to kick back in the keys after enjoying a fun-filled sun-soaked day! Please read the entire property listing. The home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property is older so there are no frills and thrills, as most properties in the Keys are old. That is just how the keys look. The sunsets are breathtaking. Great fishing off the dock. Mantatees, Porpoises and all different sea mammals and species visit often! All the pictures are updated so what you see is what you get. Please read the entire property listing. Bedroom #1 is a Queen sized bed, Bedroom #2 is a small room with a single bed (great for kids) There's a pull out couch in the living area that pulls to a full sized bed. Full sized kitchen filled with dishes, cups, utensils, pots, and pans for cooking. There is no dishwasher. Propane grill outside and sitting area with wrap around deck. Coin opperated Laundry facility on the premises. $3.50 to wash $2.50 to dry *Be advised for some reason the internet can be very spotty at times. The listing is posted without WiFi as an amenity but there is some sort of internet on the property. Its highly recommended to have unlimited mobile data incase these problems do occur. SHARED DOCK/ WATER ACCESS There is a shared dock/water access around the backside of the proptery for outdoor relaxation at your convenience. You cannot see the sunset views from the home. The water view is not visible from the home, you must walk around the backside of the proptery to reach the water/dock access through a gate. The dock and deck is older, please always use caution and wear shoes on the dock and deck area. *This property is in Key Largo, not Key West. please understand Key West is 100 miles south from Key Largo, an aprox. 2.5 hour drive. *Swim at your own Risk, there is never a lifeguard present. **PET POLICY & PRICES** Pet friendly ONLY upon owners approval. Please always confirm the number of pets you will be bringing along with the size and breed of the pet before booking your reservation. This way I will be able to determine your pet fee total and add it to your booking quote . You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause. Please keep you pets crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Please always keep you pets leashed when outdoors. Please pick up after your pets. Pet fees are an additional charge that are not included in the booking price. Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner Kirsten and the filling pet fees are paid. I require a one time Non refundable $50.00 - $150.00 pet fee per dog. $50.00 - Small/medium non shedding dog. (1lb - 40lb) $75.00 - Small/medium shedding dog. (1lb - 40lbs) $100.00 - Large non shedding dog (40lbs+) $150.00 - Large shedding dog. (40lbs+) *BOAT LAUNCHING - There is a place 2 miles from our house on the same side of the water called, "The Carribean Club" that will let you launch your boat for a small fee of $10 - $15

The hot water system was archaic. It broke a few days in to the trip. The property manager was responsive; however the person who fixes things was not. It did get fixed after a couple of days. Our grill broke. The person that fixes things tried to fix it. His attempt failed we were promised a new grill he brought another old dirty grill from another property. The property manager finally got us a new grill. The internet was non existent. You had to go on the deck to connect. The fix was simple; however the management wasn’t interested. In summary the stay was okay based on the location.

Perfect place in Key Largo! I've never seen such beautiful sunsets before!! Very clean, well decorated, and spacious home! There's a diving and snorkeling charter right outside the neighborhood, John Pennekamp State Park is only 2 miles away. The host Kirsten was extremely friendly and very responsive. She sent us over a list of recommended restaurants and fun things to do! This place is a hidden gem! Great value, great location! We really enjoyed our stay in Kirsten home and will be back!!!

Perfect Paradise Getaway!!!

This home is truly a peace of paradise! We enjoyed ever bit of our stay and will be back! Located right in the heart of Key largo close to all the fun things we had planned for our trip! The sunsets from the dock are absolutely breathtaking! We even had the privilege of seeing some curious manatees that swam right up to us!! I was an amazing experience! Plenty of parking on the lot for our boat and trailer, we dropped our boat in the water right down the road from the house, and docked our boat at the home for the remainder of our stay which was very nice and convenient. The house itself is clean and well maintained with comfy beds, and cute beach décor to really give you the beachy feel. Kirsten was a fantastic host and very friendly. She sent us over a bunch of local recommended restaurants and fun activities that we found very useful during our stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be back for another awesome stay!!
