Situated in Key Largo, this attractive campground/
rv resort for $120 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy your vacation in this new recreational vehicle with great taste in interior design. This unit has an additional air-conditioned unit with lots of space This amazing unit accommodates a total of 5 guests. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has a full + a bunk bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress. Lot 115 is a very large lot located at the Key Largo Kampground and Marina and it is very close to both beaches and the pool. Guest Access: Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun. Campground Amenities: -24 hr security gate -Marina -Boat ramp -Ice -Playground -Laundry facilities -2 beaches -Heated swimming pools -Volleyball court -Horseshoe court -Shuffleboard court -General store -Open air lounge Other things to note: - Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 5 guests per unit. -Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival. - Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance. There's no check-in available after 10:00PM. -Check-out time is 11:00am - Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot. - All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max. ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day. Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis. One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax. Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum ► Boat registration (max 1 per reservation. No boats over 25’) ► Trailer registration ► Liability insurance (declaration page with coverage of injury and damages). - No smoking allowed inside the units. - Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground. - The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule. Pets are allowed with the following restrictions: ● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each. No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below). Pets must be leashed when off your site. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking. List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 5 guests per unit. Once you book, we will send you a registration form which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.

It was as described. Had a few things we couldn't access but we have never stayed in an RV before. Didn't reach out to owner as it wasn't a major concern. Three resort had small issues (laundromat, no real beach as described)

Unit was exactly as described, Clean and Comfortable Ramses was very prompt in answering questions and accommodating with earlier check in time. Will defiantly be contacting him in the future if we have a need

While entering the kids school schedules into the family calendar we decided to take advantage of an extra long weekend and get away. Although we love to camp in PA where we are from, we never gave it a thought to rent a camper until we started looking for somewhere fun to go on our long weekend. That’s when we stumbled onto this little paradise!! Everything about working with the property owner, Ramses, was simple and pleasant from the initial reservation, to the advance paperwork, arrival, the stay, to checkout.
The camper is very nice with a lot of thought into the lot it sits on. Very clean and all of the amenities were provided. The grocery store is within walking distance for anything you may need. The campground is really nice with great amenities. Close to everything you’d want to do in the area and walking distance to a shopping plaza and grocery store. We loved hanging at the pool! And we liked that it was a secure entrance keeping out those who don’t belong. Everyone in the campground was really nice and we met people from so many places!
The keys are amazing to visit and Ramses is a great host. We had an opportunity to meet Ramses during our stay as he addressed a minor problem. He was quick to address our issue and the opportunity to meet him in person made our stay that much nicer.
If you’re looking for a simple get a way with your favorite people and all the amenities, this is definitely a good option, great memories were made.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Key Largo! Owner was extremely responsive to any and all questions. We had one issue that was communicated and taken care of as quickly as possible. We left an item behind, contacted the owner, and it is being mailed to us. This RV makes me want to buy one a live in it. It was great!

We had a wonderful time! The unit and outside area are immaculate, comfortable, and well supplied. Location is easy access to the area. Campground was neat, quiet and had a great pool and other amenities. Ramses is a great host and very responsive! We recommend this VRBO to everyone! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The RV was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great in both zones. The pool was close and the Publix was on the entrance road. I would recommend this to others.

Very quite. Nice pool within walking distance. Good restaurants and Publix very close. Overpriced for accommodation, older conditions & no view. Beachs in campground has stagnant water and cannot be used for swiming.

We stayed for two days during spring break and loved every part of our stay. The host was amazing as well as the camper and the campside. We loved everything. Absolute recommendation!

Hey, our stay was beautiful! The trailer was even better than the picture showed. It was glorious! The beaches were kind of little, but quaint and beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and stay there again!

Thank you to the Perez family for hosting us!! The Key Largo area was stunning and close to everything we planned to do on vacation. Our family is from Wisconsin, and we camp a lot during our summer months. We were familiar with how campers operate, so we didn’t experience any difficulty with that. If you’re not familiar with campers you may experience difficulty with the using the stove/oven, surround sound, lights, awning, hot water running out, etc.
We do wish the light switches were labeled and easier to identify. The camper is stocked with basic necessities, however we also wish there were kid friendly dishes and Tupperware (however, I’m not sure how often this rental has children).
There are a few cosmetic flaws including as peeling/bubbling doors, peeling leather on kitchen benches, and peeling couches requiring slip covers. For the price of our rental, we expected a less of this but we are able to see past it.
There is one safety concern to be aware of- the wobbly concrete stairs outside. My husband was able to level these at the start our stay but they shifted again during our use of them.
Tv in the living room is equipped with cable & Netflix. Both worked just fine. There was access to other streaming services available, but we didn’t use them and don’t know if the owners have accounts with those services.
The tiki cabana outback by the mangroves was peaceful. We loved eating there at the picnic table.
The beaches at the campground are not swimmable. You can use them for canoes, kayaks, etc. We went to local beaches for swimming and utilized the pool. There is a small kids pool next to the large pool, which was perfect for our 2 year old. Neighbors at the campground were friendly, but make sure your kids don’t wander into someone’s lot/site when walking around. They don’t like that at all!!!
Check in & checkout (both with Ramses and the campground ) were smooth. No issues. Less than 1/2 mile from a Publix for groceries. Plenty of local restaurants to patron for excellent service & meals. We already had our activities planned, but if you don’t ask the locals. They are full of knowledge and suggestions.
Overall, very peaceful and met all our needs for our vacation.

The property needs info and instructions for those not familiar with RV’s. Labels for lights, instructions for tv and air conditioning, how to turn on gas for cooking etc. I could go on….property could use a guest book and some hangers in closets. Beds were great and so was the shower.
