We stayed on the upper floor; the balcony was amazing with great view for the greenery around (though few trash was spotted on the ground).
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. They clean the room and changed the towels every day. The breakfast is simple & good but do not expect big portions. Value for money is great, you are really close to everything for less than 10euro/pers/night.
Maybe because we were on the upper floor but the water pressure was terrible... in fact it did not exsist. Sometimes we did not even have water at all. We could barely took a shower but we could not wash our hair (we went to a spa to do that). Also the water was always cold. Overall we worked around it but it was pretty annoying. Also expect extremly simple kithen and bathroom. In our room the quality of the appliencies was rough we only used the electric kettle to boil water and eat in restaurants (you can find easily very cheap one with good of foods).

La chambre est spacieuse, la terrasse est également grande, le petit déjeuner est très bon et servi directement sur la terrasse
Le personnel est très gentil
Beaucoup de restaurant à proximité - situé au fond d’une petite ruelle donc pas de bruit nuisible lié à la circulation
