Situated in Sagamore Beach, this lovely house for $489 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 7 Bedrooms, Sleeps 15 3 Bathrooms 7 Night minimum rental, Saturday - Saturday About this home: This exceptional home is a fabulous retreat for large families or a gathering of friends. Enjoy the scenic views and ocean breeze from the wrap around deck of this seven bedroom home. It's easy to relax in this home which is well equipped, and has waterviews from every room. You are sure to agree this spacious and comfortable home is a treasure. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with 2 twins, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and a lovely sunroom. There is also a laundry room and a full bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with Queen sized bed and a master bath and great views of Cape Cod Bay, plus three other bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and one with 4 twins plus a set of bunks) There is also another full bathroom on this floor with a tub. New for 2014 - High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi) access. The walk out basement of this home has yet another bedroom with two twins and some unfinished space where you can store your bikes or kayaks. This large home sits on the dunes of Sagamore Beach. Fabulous views! Bedroom 1- Queen (1st floor) Bedroom 2-2 Twins (1st floor) Bedroom 3- Master/Queen (2nd floor) Bedroom 4- Queen (2nd floor) Bedroom 5-Queen (2nd floor) Bedroom 6-Bunk room with 4 twins and set of bunks (2nd floor) Bedroom 7- 2 Twins (Lower level) 1 dog OK Sheets and towels are not included and may be brought or rented locally. This house's location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and private beach. Enough bedrooms for everyone and an enormous deck to enjoy the evenings. Just a little extra info. The two bedrooms on first floor do not have air conditioning. Upstairs, 3 out of the 4 bedrooms for have air conditioning. There are plenty of fans to use if needed. There are two refrigerators to use, which was handy. We used one for all our beverages. There is a crockpot and a nice blender, enough plates and utensils for everyone. The cabinets were a little disorganized, but, eventually able to find everything we needed. The main living area has a really nice air conditioning unit, but the exhaust blows out onto the sunroom. Just makes it unbearably hot, and sadly unusable. Overall, the family was very happy with the location and the house. Thank you.

Our family enjoyed this property very much. We loved the location, the views, the casual atmosphere. A few things in need of repair and the house could use a good deep clean but nothing noteworthy enough to have an impact.
