The rooms were clean , spacious and beautiful.
Usually when I stay at properties that are for families, I expect the rates not to be comparable with regular hotels at the same price range, but I would say that this place was well rated.

Check in was great, the resort is clean, like when there is coffee in the lobby, we only we able to access cold water. The drink upon arrival was much appreciated.
The bed in our room was too high, very difficult to get in and out of the bed. I asked for a step stool so I could reach the bed without having to roll on to it. It never arrived and I wasn't advised if or when it would come.
We were two adults in the room with only one chair, I asked for another chair. It never arrived; I was told the next day when I asked for the second time that there were no other chairs available to be brought to our room.
The smell in the lobby was a strong perfume smell that became irritating while waiting for our group to meet up..

Location
The water park was not open for the season yet....Housekeeping staff was annoying, kept telling us on 2nd day of our 4 day stay that we were supposed to be checking out....Day 3, bell services tried to enter our room without knocking, obviously were sent to the wrong room
