Property has a great location and the condo is clean. Nicely updated and beds were comfortable. Owner is easy to communicate with. There are some cons. Elevator situation is awful! We spent so much time waiting for elevators! And then they overload them and they get stuck between floors. Condo needs to be better stocked. We didn't have a pizza cutter or hot pads for the oven. Need to have more towels for guests. We had to wash towels ALOT. A some of the outlets in the kitchen need attention. Overall we had a nice stay.

The place was really nice. Great pool, great view, and everything you need. It even had HBO for a rainy day. I would stay here again.

We went July 26-3rd 2021. Crazy busy. The parking garage and elevators were awful but that was it. The condo was at the busiest part of the beach. I’m sure the time of year had a lot to do with it. Over all we enjoyed our stay

This condo was decent. The actual property is very run down, staff is rude. You literally have to fight over pool chairs. We only stayed in this condo for one night we had arrived a day early for our vacation. The cleaning lady is sweet.

Condo was nice and clean. Panama police were on the beach each night dealing with issues so we couldn’t go down to the beach at night.

We stayed at this Shores of Panama condo the week of June 8th and loved it! The condo is very spacious and furniture is Clean and updated. The condo has amazing vies to the pools and beach and just a quick walk to everything!

Feb, 2020- Rented for 4 weeks, left after 3. Many things but this was the main one- being on the 16th floor, you need to trust the fire alarms. They are activated on floor involved and the 3 floors above and below. One morning around 1:30 am, the alarms went off on other floors and after 5 cycles, then sounded inside our unit. The corridor alarm lights were not on so a false alarm for our unit. I sent an e-mail to owner with our safety concerns. She responded like a politician, and never answered our question- “why did the alarm sound in our unit when it shouldn’t have?” At first she blamed us- having sliders opened, then the humidity too high. She was in the complex so should have come up to see us. Her lack of concern for our expressed safety concerns forced us to leave early.The other items –- Re fire alarm- we had to seek out the info- info should have been left in unit by owner. Also found out there was no way for fire chief to announce if it was a true fire alarm.- Received notice of direct walkway to beach closed for 2 weeks starting Jan 20. On Feb 25, walkway not completed. We should have been told sooner so we could change our plans and get our money back.-No info in unit re phone numbers - e.g. concierge, security for the complex, etc. or phone for local calling.-Advertised as recently renovated- why then mold above tub surround in master bath, master bathroom toilet not functioning properly, baseboard in second bathroom rotting, sheets too small for bed, no teaspoons or small forks, oven racks not cleaned, only provided one kitchen tea towel and one kitchen hand towel. Second bathroom always smelled like bleach and was always noisy ( duct for dryer).- Info re nearest public beach access was wrong.We did ask for some money back but the owner refused.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The views were second to none. We want to come back.

It was a nice place the entire property looks to be about ready for a facelift meaning painting, and elevator repair. Our unit was very nice beautiful view nicely decorated. The owner was quick to communicate and clear with the communication. Thanks

Jill’s condo was so trendy and up to date! The views out of the great room were breath taking! The layout was awesome and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. The pool area was beautiful and provided easy access to the beach! This is a great property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! Condo was adorable. Owner was on point with communication!! The resort staff was super friendly. Elevators were our only issue. I knew that going in. When you stay at large condos, you will have that issue. However, the closest elevators to our place was not working. So with those being out it made the wait a bit longer. Overall we loved it and our view was fantastic!!! ❤️Kristi

We had excellent communication from Jill throughout, from time of booking through the duration of our stay. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for the average person I guess but myself I like to cook for the family and had to be creative at times cooking for 6 people. It was definitely nice to have king beds in 2 bedrooms and the girls enjoyed the bunk bed. Efficient appliances: dishwasher, fridge and front load washer/dryer set was welcomed and used well, oven takes a little bit to warm up (oh picky me, most people probably dont cook on vacation, right)The parking spot provided with our unit for our stay was conveniently next to access door from garage, leading you right down the corridor to the elevator. We've stayed here @ Shores of Panama before and her unit was the cleanest we've experienced so far. Elevators will always be an issue at some point here but one can learn to plan around them (high volume passenger times and the occasional elevator maintenance taking place) during their stay. The resort style pool is a plus here (best one I know of in PCB) especially for my little girls who love being able to just walk right into the pool as they gain their confidence a lil bit more every year as little minnows. You are walking distance or very short drive to store for supplies, restaurants, etc. Overall a great stay was had by my family! We would use or recommend in the future!! Condo was recently renovated and beautiful. The view from the 16th floor of the pool, beach and sunsets was amazing. The extra half bath was helpful in everyone getting ready at the same time for dinner.

Great property! We loved our stay!

Our family really enjoyed the condo and facility! The views from this condo are amazing and everything was very clean! We had a large family of 8 split between adults and kids and we had plenty of room! We have a daughter who is in a wheel chair and easy access to everything was great. Also, the walk in pool area plus the shallow circular pool was amazing! To add having access to the beach without having to take any stairs was great for us as well! Another plus to this facility is being able to walk to places and have a nice family friend restaurant next door was very convenient (ex: Pineapple Willy's). Last parking spot for this condo in the parking garage was very nice (especially for a SUV). If I had to give a negative it would be only the elevators (especially at check-in on weekend). That said it was a memorial day weekend and it got better as the week went along. So overall, if you want a place for you and family to go to have a great time and possible not leave the complex, this is it!

The unit is lovely. Amazing views of the Gulf and the pool. Very clean. The actual building has some flaws regarding the wait for the elevators, but once we got back to the room we didn't mind the wait.

The location is great! The best part was having Pineapple Willy’s next door! Excellent pool view!
