Liautaud Cassis is a truly wonderful boutique hotel. Everything is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and works seamlessly. It is the perfect place to slow down, relax, and completely disconnect. You can genuinely feel the care and attention that goes into every detail, with the comfort and experience of each guest clearly at the heart of everything they do. The location couldn’t be more perfect. You are just steps away from some of the best restaurants and shops in Cassis, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the very best the town has to offer. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, and the Wi-Fi works flawlessly throughout the entire hotel. It is rare to find a hotel where everything comes together so perfectly. At Liautaud, no detail is overlooked, and there is a genuine commitment to making every guest’s stay special and memorable. But what truly deserves to be highlighted is the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the entire team. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable — always with a smile. A very special thank you to Camille, Alicia, Malik, and Baptiste, as well as the entire wonderful team at Liautaud Cassis, for making our stay such a memorable experience and for making us feel so welcome. Location, cleanliness and comfortable beds

Customer service was v poor, not v friendly, didn’t provide any orientation or recommendations. Definitely need to improve. The carpets should be removed.

The room was amazing, with views right into the port. All the linen was exception, bed comfortable and the room features were great. Nice big open shower made it feel luxurious. Hand written note from the manager in the room. And to have beds split up was fine.

The bathroom had a small leak I think

Very dated property, our room had a very dirty carpet, the lock on the door did not work, at best a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices.
