We were lucky enough to have our rooms upgraded from a partial view to a valley view room, which was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly and it was a great location to base ourselves to explore the Mashobra/ Shimla region.
It was my husband's birthday and the staff decorated our room and sourced a cake to help us celebrate.
We were there in winter and the bathrooms were very cold with no way to heat them. Not a huge deal breaker.

Location and facilities were all good
There was some Sewage treatment plant (STP) Problem, because of that it was difficult to sit in the balcony. That smell was even entering in the room.
