The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the resort, the location, and the easy access to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere.
The receptionist could have been more welcoming and communicative. She spoke very quietly, which made communication a little difficult, and the check-in experience could have felt more personable

everything was very good, especially the location with the snorkeling right off the beach, the pools and facilities at the hotel were excellent
Mandatory valet parking was not known ahead of time. $44 per day. This fee should have been included in the overall cost prior to booking. This was a surprise. The valet staff was excellent, and it was very easy to pick up and drop off the car.

The hotel and pools are beautiful also the beach.
This property was not clean I found like 3 cockroach in the apartment not the hotel rented through Booking, but it’s a private owner. I’ve stayed at this hotel about 15 times and this has never happened to me before.
