It is a very short walk across the bridge (to the right) that brings you to the water access area. Besides water activities, the immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding. Guests have access to entire home. We are only steps away from Ocean Beach Park: Open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. A $150 fee will be incurred for any(each) lost/ broken fan, TV, or cable box remote controls. We DO NOT provide on site facility showing(s) and/or walk-through services prior to booking your stay. We ARE NOT responsible for the receipt or procurement of any guest packages ordered/delivered to home before, during, or after their stay. THE FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERABLE. DO NOT USE You will be notified through the message board, the day/morning of your stay (fifteen minutes prior to your selected check in time) with the keyless entry instructions and code.
