Really great location. We are had been visiting to drop our daughter off to Uni in Sutton Bonington.
Staff Lovely helpful & Friendly. Rooms comfortable and clean. Food was fab!

Location was excellent. Bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed
Only minor problem was my bedroom on upper floor had height restrictions - the sloping ceilings caused me to bang my head on a couple of occasions

The rooms really need an upgrade.
Plug hole in the bathroom sink fairly blocked, hair etc(pretty disgusting ).
Bathroom fan full of fluff and dead skin. Floor Lino peeling back in the bathroom. Cobwebs on the ceilings.
Sound proof/insulation really not good. Could hear every cough and footstep.
No hooks in the bathroom!
I could go on.
