The apartment is located in the first floor, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartamento con excelente ubicación, muy cómodo , y propietarios con trato muy amable. Playas a 10 minutos caminando ; Sant Pol y Sa Conca , y agradables paseos por Camí de Ronda. Hemos estado muy a gusto .

El piso amplio, limpio, estupenda ducha y cocina muy completa y la terraza: espectacular. Los anfitriones te hacen sentir como amigos, siempre atentos por si necesitas algo. La ubicación perfecta, en centro pero muy tranquilo. Recomendado 100%.

Location très agréable

Nous revenons d'une semaine de vacances passée dans cette location et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est spacieux ( nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants ), propre et fonctionnel. La résidence est de petite taille, aucune nuisance de voisinage. Par contre, il est vrai que la terrasse donne sur une route passante mais cela ne nous a a pas dérangé. La piscine commune est grande et propre et était très peu occupée pendant notre séjour. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied : primeur, supermarché, poissonnier ... Aucune difficulté pour trouver une place dans la rue même en plein mois d'Août. La côte est magnifique. Et pour rien ne gâcher, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Une location à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement spacieux et agréable, bien équipé ; seule la salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite (pas très fonctionnelle). Il donne sur une avenue assez passante donc c'est un peu bruyant en journée pour quelqu'un qui est habitué à la campagne mais c'est très calme la nuit. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le quartier, supermarché et boulangerie à quelques minutes à pied, restaurants en face de l'immeuble. La piscine est un énorme plus pour se rafraîchir quand on rentre de balades dans cette belle région de la Costa Brava (35 min de Gérone et de Tossa de Mar, une vingtaine de minutes de Palafrugell...) : grande et pas tellement fréquentée lorsque nous y étions. 10 min de la belle plage de Sant Pol à pied et qques minutes de la très belle plage de Sa Conca en voiture. Pour terminer, José a été très accueillant et de très bons conseil, et est très facilement disponible si on a besoin de lui. Bref, un appartement dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle région.

First of all, Jose' the landlord is a very nice and helpful Person, accessible and responsive. The appartment is spacious and very well equipped with everthing. Good kitchen with large complete set of China and silverware. Washing detergents and cooking condiments are all inclusive. Great! The Location is central with max. 10min walking to the beaches or to S'Agaro downtown. Parking in front of the building, in June no Problem. But, unfortunately there is a but to this appartment. The street in front of the terrace is really loud on Weekend evenings. If you go out, it does not matter, but enjoying the evening on the terrace is a challenge. The second "but" is about the bathroom. This does clearly not meet the Standards set by the rest of the appartments in Terms of cleanliness and appearance. To stay competitive with other accomodations ( our 3rd. time in S'Agaro) Jose' should consider renovation of the bathroom. Besides the two "buts" we enjoyed the stay in that wonderful area.

L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso e molto confortevole, ben fornito di elettrodomestici e attrezzatura per la cucina, non manca nulla, nemmeno la biancheria e la connessione wiifi.. Rispetta in pieno immagini e descrizione. In ottima posizione, centrale ma non caotica, vicino a ristoranti, market, bar e spiaggia. La piscina è grande e pulita, essendo andati a settembre era tutta a disposizione dei nostri figli. Se viaggiate con cagnolino, come noi, sarà davvero un gradito ospite! Il signor Josè e la famiglia sono davvero eccezionali e ti fanno sentire come a casa propria, è stato un vero piacere conoscerli e speriamo di rivederci il prossimo anno.

This was our second holiday in SÀgaro. The spacious flat is functional furnished with everything you need. The beautiful beach of San Pol can be reached in 10 minutes. Nearby is a supermarket, bakery and butcher and you can find everything for your daily use. Jose is a very nice and courteous host and always approachable. We would definitely come back. R.A. and C. We just came back from a wonderfull holiday in s´Agaro. We came by car from Lisbon and after a long trip we had a very warm welcome in the apartment, The owners of the apartment were waiting for us, showed us the apartment and gave us a lot of information about the área. José gave us ideas about day trips. We had a problem with the car during our trip and José did everything is his power to help ús fix the car! The apartment was very clean and cosy. We are used to rent apartments, but this was the first apartment were everything was working (the machines) and there was not missing anything (a lot of glasses, cups, plates etc). The beds were great and nothing is better then a nice sit on the terrace after a `busy´day on the beach. the apartment is on a good location. Every morning we could buy fresh warm bread, fresh fruits and we loved to buy the meat in the local butcher! Great meat! Next to s´agaro is a village Platja d´aro. Very turistical, but very nice. A lot of restaurants and shops where it is nice to spend some time. the área is very nice. the beaches are great but also the nature is amazing. in no time you are in the spanisch pyrenees, there are very nice little villages to visit (palls, tossa de mar) and ofcourse Barcelona. I really recommend this apartment and área. Me, my husband and my two boys (12 and 10 years old) had a wonderfull vacation that we won´t forget! thank you for everything best regards, Sandra Cabrita, Lisbon, Portugal
