This is a semi-detached house, privileged situated at 40 meters from the beach, surrounded by nice environment, with lots of pine trees. An ideal accommodation for families wishing to enjoy the sea, relaxing and sightseeing or groups looking for nightlife, sun and beach. The villa architecture is the typical mediterranean way and the inside is furnished with a beautiful marine style. The villa is opened to a private terrace and garden, which make it lighting, spacious and fresh. The inside is very comfortable, cozy furnished, distributed in two floors, with 4 bedrooms (all of them double), 3 bathrooms, a big and full equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The outside has a porched terrace, with a barbecue, armchairs and a table with chairs. Also a sunny terrace upstairs and a backyard terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi. Also a private garage and an open-air shower are available. General: linen provided, towels provided Outside: terrace, jacuzzi, patio, garden, terrace furniture, barbecue, private parking. Tips about the house and the area will be given. I'll be available by phone during the stay if any problem or advise needed. This area has a lot to offer. You can visit Tarragona, at 20 km, the most important spanish city during Roman Empire, with lots of ruins and nice beaches. Or, of course, Barcelona, at 120 km, with its renown gastronomic sites, cultural offers and modernist architecture. If you like fine wine, you can visit some Priorat wineries (at 50 km) and make some unforgettable tastings. And if you are interested in hiking and open-air activities, you can go to Ebro river delta (at 90 km) or Montsant range (at 50 km), both are natural parks with a lot of routes to discover. More information provided on arrival. The location is really strategic, balancing all nearby services and a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. Beach at 40 meters, supermarket and chemist at 200 meters, kids area at 30 meters, bars and restaurants from 100 meters, pubs and discos from 500 meters, bus stop at 100 meters, train station at 3 km, airport at 15 km, pitch'n'putt and golfs from 500 meters, water park (Aquopolis) at 10 km, amusement park (Port Aventura) at 7 km, sailing equipment for rent at 500 meters, leisure and fishing harbour at 3 km. The villa is located in a residential suburb of Cambrils, at 3 km from city center, and close to Salou (city center at 3 km as well). Das Haus befindet sich in eine ruhige Lage. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We found the villa a bit dated and as it was in the shade all day it always felt cold and damp. Eduardo was very helpful and assisted with the booking of taxis and when we lost electricity whilst cooking dinner for a family of 8! The villa was very clean and plenty of towels provided. As we went end of October beginning of November the weather was quite cold the first couple of days but Carmen the cleaner provided extra blankets and Eduardo brought in an extra heater. As mentioned earlier we think the villa being in constant shade would be appreciated if the weather was very hot and you would be able to sit out on the various patio areas. Séjour agréable maison confortable même s'il y a un manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Par contre attention aux cambriolages ( nous avons été volé le premier jour des vacances alors que nous étions entrain de manger sur la terrasse.2appareils photos ,2 portables, un collier, et 900 € de liquide, les voleurs se sont introduits par les chambres à l'arrière de la maison).

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Strasse (Sackgasse) sehr nahe am Meer. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Gerne jederzeit wieder, dank schattigem Sitzplatz und Klimaanlage perfekt für im Sommer!
