お部屋はとても清潔で、気になる臭いもなく、快適に過ごすことができました。

The location offered convenient access to areas like Tenjin and Hakata, yet it was situated in a residential neighborhood, so it was nice and quiet at night. I noticed quite a few izakayas and drinking spots while walking around the area; next time I stay here, I’d like to visit some of those local establishments and soak up the local atmosphere. When I contacted customer service, they responded immediately, which gave me peace of mind.
The only dishes provided were small plates, so I wished there had been some bowls as well.

Great location - quiet street, but centrally located and close to a few different train stations. The surrounding area is very nice and has a bunch of cafes and bars. There's also a few konbini neaby, so very convenient overall. The check-in was smooth enough (we had to use a QR code, fill out some personal info, and use a tablet to get the door code).
We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well-equipped, and the apartment was overall tidy and clean. The bathroom was spacious enough and the water pressure was very good. I was glad there were towels for everyone and toiletries available.
I wish we had been informed previously (during the booking process) about the accommodation fee and how much we'd have to pay.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place to older people, because the access to the mezzanine where the futons are laid out is difficult (you have to climb a ladder). It wasn't a problem for us (everyone was in their 30s), but with children or people with mobility problems, this wouldn't be a suitable accommodation.
One thing that was slightly annoying was that there were no outlets in the upstairs mezzanine, so we had to leave our devices charging downstairs.
The sofa was very springy and uncomfortable.
The place came with one bunk bed (for one person, since I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the sofa), and four futons upstairs. Realistically though, this place probably has a capacity for 3 people max. There is no tatami, so you'll need to pile up the futon mattresses to make it more comfortable for those sleeping upstairs.
