There is a lot of good for this apartment!
The location is fantastic, close, walking distance from a lot of sights and locations. The Tram #1 as a stop close to the apartment and it’s a good mainline to use. There’s also a Metro super close that is easy to use. We had no trouble moving around Vienna from this location.
There’s a Billa (grocery store) at the corner of the street. The kitchen is well furnished to be able to cook easily. There’s a dishwasher also and a huge dining table.
The bathroom is also large, with the toilet in a different spot seperated from the main bathroom which is useful with many people. There’s 2 sinks and a huge mirror. The shower head could use a little update, but the water pressure and water temperature were great and consistent.
There’s no AC but we had a fan in every single room and it helped keep the air fresh and comfortable for sleep.
My only complaint is the beds. It’s 2 large beds, but in each are 2 small mattress that are not the same firmness so it’s not the best for sleep. The pillows are also very flat and very hard. I had to stack 2 together to get a somehow comfy ish pillow, my mother had to use 3 to be comfortable. There could be an upgrade that is much needed on that side. Not the best sleep I had,but the space and location of the accommodation made up for it.
To note for the Wi-Fi, it’s a portable Wi-Fi so if your in the last rom the signal isn’t has strong and you might have slow internet. But in the rest of the apartment it was fine.
Like I said beds and pillows not the best.
Communication for the location should be a little clearer, I would have love to have a clear « The address to find us is…………, please enter this in your navigation app to find us more easily. »
Because we ended up in the wrong location first since it wasn’t clearly stated from the start.

Very clean, comfy beds, lots of fans which were needed as it was 40 degrees!
Air con would have been a game changer but I understand that they are not permitted to add it to these buildings.

the address was not communicated clearly beforehand & as we are not familiar with addresses in Vienna we had trouble finding the property & had to ask a Viennese guide to ring the property to find out the address as the booking did not specify clearly
