Great apartment. Very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace with the sea view. All required amenities are present - AC, kitchen equipment, washing machine, etc. Our host, Matthew, is absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and kind person. The area nearby is quiet. A cute dog will always be guarding your entrance.
Location has its flaws (on a hill and not many things nearby), but with a car this shouldn't be an issue. And occasionaly, you may meet a lizard inside :)

Location was spectacular, views were amazing, it was clean, serene. Host was attentive and friendly, guided and helped extremely well on places of interest, restaurants, beaches, transport. Supermarket is just 3 to 4 mins walking and 1 min by car, big blessing as everything is available there. Matthew and the entire family are amazing hosts. The Songbird Villa is an apt place to stay at. I will come back and also recommend this place.
Maybe a lift as carrying bags on the 1st floor would have been impossible for me had I been alone. Otherwise there is truly nothing that I can think of.

This is a true gem and I can recommend. The appartment is huge and airy with the large folding terrace glass door letting the air in. It has two balconies, one large one and a smaller one both with a gigantic view over the island and the ocean. Appartment is fully equiped and also those necessary items such as salt, sugar and even cooking oil are provided.
Matthew is a great host. He provide us with good tips, coconut water and let us stay longer as we had a flight at the evening.
As the house is on a steep hill and a bit off the main road, I would recommend renting a car.

Uneven and very unreliable internet provider (stressful if need to get online things done); other providers are better.
Adequate beds and mattresses not a very good standard
Some musky smell and in-room ACs produce musky smell
Construction burning and lawn maintenance noise nearby on more than 1 day
