Location, price, interior decor, it had parking, each unit had an outside sitting area, owner checked with us to make sure we had settled in ok & were responsive to our request
Steep stairs, tight parking area though having a large truck in the space next to us made it more difficult to maneuver

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich! Groß, sauber und eine tolle Lage in St. Augustine. Das Haus ist sehr authentisch, gut ausgestattet macht viel Freude.

Great location, easy walk to all restaurants and activities. Very comfortable beds. Loved the balcony! Decent kitchen appliances and easy to use coffee machine. A lot of coffee and filters from previous guests was available.
The chairs and couch are ornate and beautiful but not comfortable.

When you enter the house, you feel true history of the city. Nice, very well maintained, decent combination of old times with modern ones (kitchen, bathroom), spacious balcony great for sitting out.
The beds were creaking so that sleeping was not much easy. Also, we haven´t noticed "hidden" substantial cleaning fee (perhaps it was be displayed sometimes just before payment) which was more than 50% of advertised rental cost. Our mistake that we usually do not look for cleaning fee as it is normally quite reasonable.
