A real gem.

A gem of a find, a fabulous apartment. Carolina met us promptly on arrival and explained all the facilities and and instructions required. The pool was lovely and cleaned regularly, not heated but perfect for cooling down, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas too. Quiet location with a bus stop and supermarket just round the corner. Some good restaurants and bars close by and a good choice of restaurants down by the harbour.

Lovely apartment in the sun

Apartment was lovely, everything you need, great views and Caroline was most helpful even delivered a throw when we were cold at night, thankyou so much.

Location was a bit high up hill if you have walking difficulties, but we managed, taxi's are so cheap, walk down hill get taxi back.

Lovely old harbour area apartment

The apartment is gorgeous with all the amenities you need, even down to beach towels. The complex itself is spotless. Lovely pool area and parking is right outside. Great WiFi , movie, and sports channels are all available at the property. Bed is really comfy, and we slept really well.

The apartment is at the top end of the complex, and you have to walk up quite a steep hill to get to it. The property is at the top of another steep hill from the Old Town Harbour. If you have mobility issues, I definitely would not recommend this property unless you have a car .The pool is cold, and sunloungers are tired and could do with replacing. Cockerals wake u up every morning, which starts the dogs barking off.This can go on for hours!.

Apartment had everything we needed for our week stay, very clean and very comfy bed The host was always on hand to answer any questions. View from both outside area's are beautiful, hope to be back soon

Apartment is not for anyone with mobility issues or anyone not use to a lot of walking Pool was freezing

We would stay again, despite the inclined walk to the complex from the sea. The view was great.

Everything about the apartment and complex. However it was a bit of a walk up hill which slightly detracted for me as I prefer the flat.

Superb

Quiet place. Two terraces. Main one on Eastern side overlooking the pool with partial see view. Very nice sun rises observed. Smaller one western oriented very nice to enjoy the sunset with mountains, see and Fuerteventura island view.

The complex, the swimming pool, the views, comfortable bed, close enough to attractions, nice quite apartments

Minor things e.g. the blinds were faulty. The rain came under patio doors. The shelf in the oven didn't fit properly .

Exceptional

Apartment was spotless and Caroline and Oliver were a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful views from the two terraces. Hosts accommodated us by allowing us a late checkout which made the trip home easier. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Lanzarote.

Superb

All amenities you could want for a weeks stay. Lovely views down to the sea. Nicely furnished. Good location close to old town but also easily walkable to the new town about 20 mins. The aparment is in an uphill locatiob but good exercise.

Excellent for a couple

Ideal apartment for a couple. Well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout - even a washing machine (though we did need some help to use it!). Two outdoor areas - a larger one to the east with morning and midday sun, overlooking the pool and with a view of the sea has a table, two chairs and two deckchairs and a smaller one to the west with two chairs and a lovely sunset view over mountains and sea. The kitchen had everything we needed and a breakfast bar if you don't want to eat on the balcony. The TV a very wide selection of English channels including Sky. The owners, Sandra and Yoann, were very responsive not only with the washing machine but also with a small leak the developed on our last evening. Quickly resolved. The pool looked inviting and there were lots of sun loungers available. Towels for both shower and pool/beach included. We like the quiet location away from 'the strip' but it is a fairly steep 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour so many not suit everyone.

Our first night's sleep was disturbed by a motion detector in the bedroom which flashed every time one of us moved. Easily resolved the next morning by removing it and putting in a drawer!

Lovely modern well equipped apartment, the owner is so helpful and accommodating . Unfortunately we had to leave early due Covid 19 but would love to return in happier circumstances 😃
