The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly! Quiet and peaceful.
It is a very basic property, especially given the price. You pay purely for location. There is some mold in the showers, beds have little support, breakfast is not great. They did not send us the Ticino card, even though our hotel in Locarno managed to send it to us weeks in advance.
