The location very close to the train station was very lovely. Also very kind to allow us to store our stuff for an hour and explore the city after checking out.
The air-conditioning did not work at all, and we didn’t sleep super well because it was hot summer night.

Very nice accommodation! Short and easy walk to the train station and town. Great base for exploring Ticino! Staff were very friendly and the people in Ticino were lovely. A fan was in the room which helped as we were there in the heatwave!

Perfectly adequate hotel room in a fabulous location. Easy walk from the train station and right in the town. Supermarket and restaurants all close by.
