The location is perfect to have some rest during travel on the way to Italy. Because of the self check-in there was no pressure to reach the hotel before the reception is closed. I had no issue with the self check-in, but I prefer a card to open lift & doors instead of a QR code. Room was clean & ok. Breakfast was ok, there was not much choice but food was replenished regularly by the kitchen crew.
No parking instructions were given. To use the parking garage, you need to check in first and then use the QR code to open the gate. It would be easier to receive a parking code up front and to put a sign on te road pointing to the hotel garage.

It was all automatic and I really liked it. The check-in and checkout were extremely easy and fast. The parking included in the price was an amazing pro.
The room was comfortable but too warm. Another small issue was with the pillow, which was too flat, and only one thicker pillow was as present in the room.
