the room was perfect and cozy. Just teh right temperature. And the staff was very warm. Excellent location!! we basically walked out at night right into the center for anything we required. The hostel has basic amenities to warm food, refrigerator, socialising cozy spaces and lots of games on every floor's living room if that's what interests you as well.

Everything was spotlessly clean and we had safe storage for our bikes. The hostel is in an impressive building in a great location.
That is a charge of 2 CHF to use the kitchen. The kitchen was tiny and had insufficient cutlery, no kettle and no microwave.
