We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is simple and basic, but very spacious, clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is fantastic, and the rooftop terrace is definitely the highlight — very large, beautiful and atmospheric, with a wonderful view over Tbilisi. It is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the city.
The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and communication was very easy. We were made to feel at home, with thoughtful touches like homemade cakes and fresh fruit. Her hospitality really made our stay special.
A great choice if you are looking for a spacious place in a fantastic location, with an amazing terrace and genuine Georgian hospitality. We would happily come back!

Nice apartment, very central, the owner Loreta was very nice and helpful, good washing machine available. Loreta helped us with the parking.
We could hear the neighbors on the street talking a lot at night, the way up was very hard with a stroller and for our son.

Appartamento piuttosto centrale, a pochi metri dal viale Rustaveli. Si trova in un complesso molto tipico e caratteristico.
La terrazza non è nell’appartamento ma è condivisa con altri condomini.
Potrebbero essere previsti alcuni interventi di ristrutturazione
