place was absolutely perfect. We stayed with friends (4 adults, 4 kids under 7) and the house is perfectly set up for such a group. The living room includes toys, games, etc and is well set up for kids to play. Backyard was nice for kids to get some fresh air. And location of 15min to Disney was ideal. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, well stocked and all you could ask for to cook. Would 100% stay again!

I have stayed in several rental properties and this one (by far) is the best. It was very clean. Mike and Le thought of everything to make this feel like our home. Mike and Le replied quickly to my many questions and also suggested other venues for us to go to.
The well stocked cupboards with dishes, condiments etc. was appreciated. There were snacks, fruit etc. waiting for us on the table. After a long flight and everyone being hungry the snacks/fruit were appreciated by all of us. . This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The 3 bathrooms were nice to have. The kitchen was large and no one felt like they were in each other's way. All the guests say the beds were comfortable.

Home is perfect! We had our family of 9 and plenty of space with no one feeling on top of each other. Arrived to find the house immaculate, cold water bottles, and additional snacks and food available for us to use. Felt like we had just checked into a luxury hotel. They thought of everything down to well-placed night lights. Backyard is great for corn hole & a relaxing outdoor meal. For power wheelchairs—front emtrance has a 3-4” step and 2-3” lip at front door. Back porch also has small rise out the door. We travel with a small ramp that worked perfectly. Rest of home is wide & spacious. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great home and host
My family and I stayed at this home for a week in a half for our California vacation. The home and beds were very comfy and spacious for my family of 6. There were many small details the host put into the home that made our stay great. From the stocked fridge, snacks, lots of dishes, pots/pans, towels, clean linens, and great communication prior and during our stay. It was a great experience staying in Mike and Le's home. My kids enjoyed the backyard, piano, and games!
We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!
When we stepped into our house, we were immediately happy that everything was better than advertised. The house was plenty big enough for us and our adult children and everything was beautiful, clean and in excellent working order. The neighborhood is peaceful and there was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Orange County.

When I booked this home I knew Mike & Le would be the perfect host !!! Once I booked the communication with them began immediately and they assured I would have everything needed for this 4 day trip that I had planned such short notice ... they are so nice and cared so much and the home is the PERFECT one level house !!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more it’s was so spacious and perfect for our large group. I CAN NOT complain about this trip at all .. I wish I could give extra stars and hopefully I visit again soon ! Thank you Mike & Le ❤️

During the covid pandemic, rental house is always my concerns when booking. However, this beautiful and super clean house freed my mind from worries. Although the restaurants and supermarkets were within minutes of driving, full equipped kitchen and patio tempted our cookings. The beds were really comfortable and 3 full bathrooms were a plus. Not only was the house spacious, kid friendly but also safe, quite, and great neighborhood. Awesome hosts.

The property itself was located in a nice neighborhood. The plumbing has been an obvious issue for some time as the owner had placed signs in every bathroom not allowing toilet paper in the toilets (along with other sanitary items) which meant taking out the trash every time someone went to the bathroom. I have photos of the signage. The plumbing backup into all 3 bathrooms - showers and toilets. The plumber found tree roots in the lines. Although the plumber came into the house and saw the sewage on the floors and showers he did not report it to the owner. My family was here for a wedding and were not able to shower prior to the wedding. The owner did not inquire about cleaning for sanitary purposes and my 80+ year old parents were left cleaning the sewage off the floors, showers etc.just so they could use the facilities. This was a horrible experience. The owner refused to put them in a hotel and give us our money back. By the time he offered to move them to his other property they were too exhausted to move. Also, he does not allow shoes in the house and has used house slippers for people to wear. These have been used by may people and are a health and safety risk. I would NEVER recommend this owner nor his properties to ANYONE!!

Loved this property
This quiet neighborhood and spacious house was the perfect place for our Disneyland adventure. The kids loved the toys and the grownups loved the extra touches like basics already stocked in the kitchen and a full case of water waiting for us. The backyard was lovely and a relaxing place to visit. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for a mixed group of 12
This property was perfect for our group of 12. We were attending a conference so we were only there in the mornings and evenings. We had 2 couples and the rest were singles, but there were plenty of rooms to split between male and female. With 8 females a third bathroom would have been nice, but we set up a" hair station" in one of the rooms to help keep things moving in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Le and Mike!

Amazing, Peaceful, Family Friendly, PERFECT!!!!
Mike and Le are amazing hosts! We were so comfortable in this house, we didn't even want to leave. The house is spacious, clean, cool and quiet. I would choose staying in this house any day over a hotel. The grandparents, parents, big kids and babies were all happy here. It really did feel like a home away from home.
We cannot wait to come back and would definitely stay here again!!!!

Disneyland Trip
This property is awesome. It was clean, spacious and comfortably fit our family of 9. The home accurately matched the description listed on VRBO and actually exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a quiet and nice neighborhood and not too far from Disneyland. This home was perfect for our trip and the owners were extremely kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Home
This house is absolutely perfect for large groups. We were in town for a sports tournament and had 12 people staying at the house. It worked great! Each family had their own room with 2 queen beds each. The sleeping configuration is the best I have seen for this size house. Kitchen and great room were spacious. Perfect outdoor seating area as well. Great, safe location that is close to many colleges/universities and beaches. Owners are very responsive and easy to work with and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Great Location!
From the welcome basket to the prompt response to our queries, this was an excellent experience. The neighborhood is quiet and there is no on-street parking in front of the house so park in the driveway or in the garage. We had six adults and everyone fit well, especially in the common area living room. Very convenient to food, Honda Stadium and Disneyland.

Very spacious and clean home. We appreciated the toys in the home for our kids. Fully stocked with anything you could need during your stay—even high chairs and strollers. Our family was quite comfortable with multiple bedrooms and 3 of the bedrooms had two queens in each room—rare in rental homes!
Very quiet and safe neighborhood— wonderful for families. Close to many stores and restaurants. Convenient location—Took our family less than 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to beach.
