The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic - a great start for a day of sightseeing! The location by Asahikawa Eki was very convenient.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and I did not sleep very well. I even tried another pillow from the pillow bar and still woke up sore. The ensuite bathroom seemed a bit grungy.

The rooms were super clean and spacious, the breakfast and free coffee was great and the location was super convenient
The staff was efficient. Not especially friendly probably because of the language skills, but very efficient.

Location!! So close to train/bus station and walking distance to many restaurants etc. drink tokens for non cleaning days are a good incentive.
Absence of a drop off/pick up location in winter…. Elevators can be slow and busy at times

Location was great - close to train station and walking distance to good restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfy.
The lobby smelled like stale cigarettes because the smoking lounge was just off the lobby. It was very unpleasant and this smell lingered throughout the hallways and even our room, too - even though it was a non-smoking room.
