The stay was comfortable, room was spacious and staff friendly, evening's happy hour.
Breakfast was good with more options unlike other properties.
The restaurant manager and staff were very courteous and ensured that we were looked after well during breakfast timings.
Parking was good!
Less activities - swimming pool, sports etc, far from downtown and busy roads, I felt breakfast timings could be until 10 am as morning it use to get very busy and omelette station would get very crowded.
The fridge wasn't closing properly and almost spoiled the food

Being able to park for free was lovely.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
Fitness Room was nice.
Breakfast was delightful and the staff was more than accommodating. The Executive Chef made my daughter(6 yrs) feel like a princess each morning with pancakes and beautiful fruit displays made especially for her.
And the location was perfect! Close to everything we needed.
Didn't have a pool.

I’ve been going for a couple of years and I find the location the staff very good and friendly
The only thing I can think of would be the elevator needs some work a bit scary when the door opens before it reaches the floor

Beautiful rooms. clean and comfortable
Big group of children and adults being inconsiderate of other guests in hotel. Nosey and rude.
