Quiet Getaway

The cabin was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. We wanted a quiet getaway and this was the perfect spot. Definitely will be booking again!

I would would probably stay there again.

The overall experience was great. The cabin was very nice

There was a Rooster farm near by that was annoying. the water pressure in the shower was not good

Not sure if we will be back.

We love the location and have stayed there 4 timed

Horrible odor when running water and even after it was supposed to be fixed it still smelled and lingered in the cabin for the 7 nights we were there. This was the perfect cabin for us and we are sad to have to find a different one to stay next time.

Natural Retreats moved us to a new cabin and we had the best family vacation ever! Thank you.

We loved arriving at the cabin- the location was wonderful and it was really cute. It was simple to get inside with the door code. Our little ones loved the arcade games 👾the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was so inviting, I even brought bath salts to soak in… I was excited to use it. I really liked how the bathroom door branched off to the back screened in porch with the nice hot tub. The golf game was awesome. It’s wonderful to be able to do laundry, super cute laundry closet. I liked that when we encountered a problem with our cabin, Natural Retreats did everything to ensure our family had the best vacation. We will definitely be coming back and staying with Natural Retreats in one of their many beautiful cabins they have to choose from.

We got to the cabin late at night and the porch lights weren’t on as they should have been for our safety and per an email we received before we arrived. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath and the boards under the sink were rotting out from the pooling water. It smelled like cigarettes. The hot water was sulfur smelling, so we emptied the hot water heater multiple times so we could use the hot water but the smell wouldn’t go away. We didn’t want to take a sulfur water bath in the nice jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. The hot tub smelled like straight bromine, which were scattered all over the back patio floor, crushed up and whole tablets (multiple tablets x5) … which my one year old had in his hands and mouth and it just could have been really bad. We wouldn’t want to get in a hot tub that smells like there is entirely too much chemicals. There was a half full Gatorade bottle underneath the pull out couch bed and crumbs/blood stains on the couch bed mattress. It was a really cute cabin- they just should have done better. The maintenance man did fix the leak under the sink, but it’s still rotted out. He couldn’t do anything about the water smell.

Location and spa was nice. Communication was good

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the water was so strong with a sulfur small it would make you gag. It was undrinkable and you didn't even want to shower for the smell. Oh, and get a Keurig, they are $59 and much more convenient.

Loved everything about it. From the moment we stepped in, until we left, we felt right at home.

The water had a rotten egg smell, and when I called about it, was told it was just where it's well water. There wasn't any room to put dry food in the kitchen.

The cabin was nice the bed slept good the the kitchen was good

The water didn't work and we was told they was getting someone to fix it and then the next day we would call and they said they was getting someone to come out the next day and they never did but they did refund us 2 nights stay

Pamper yourself. Book this cabin now.

Pictures didn't do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of areas for secluded lounging. Absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon. We loved the swing and firepit out back. Enjoyed having breakfast eating off the barrel table on the front porch and the porch swing was perfect in the evenings. Nightly hot tub was amazing.

The bed was a little firm for my taste. Also the closet space is limited due to the washing/drying machine combo being inside there.

For the most part this cabin was just what we needed.

It was very cozy and private. We loved the hot tub.

It needed to be mowed. We didn’t go outside to the fire pit because the grass was too high. Also you have to go up and down some narrow winding roads to get to it even though it is close to town.

there is a problem with one of the toilets. maintenance came to unstop it but is is still not right

Awesome view, drive, and cozy stay!!!

The alone time, Hot tub, fire pit the away from home cabin in the woods feeling.

Lol the Rosters down the hill... all day, everyday just a making mad as any. But when in the cabin relaxing you couldn't hear them at all. But on a side note every morning I just had to open the door to hear them saying good morning. Surprised to find this morning at home they weren't around and to be honest was alittle sad. A little more storage room for items we brought. Some dressers with drawers?

Great get away!

Everything was very clean, the jacuzzi was nice and warm, the gaming table was awesome, the decor and from the inside and outside gave the mountain vibe feels.

We really loved everything except the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

Slice of heaven

This cabin is in the middle of now where! You hear birds, crowing roosters and crickets! It is a cozy get away and a great place to relax!

Liked everything but one of the video games was broke. We didn’t go there to play games so not a big deal at all!

Very low quality necessities inside the cabin.

Excellent communication before our stay with information we needed. Easily accessible to pigeon forge. Provided plenty of towels if using hot tub. Very quite location with privacy. Provided only shower gel , lotion and shampoo. Enjoyed having a private hot tub.

Beds were extremely hard, no hand soap provided in either bathroom not even kitchen soap had to run out first night just for soap, heavily rained and the roof is leaking and noticeably wet on the inside of ceiling when raining, main bathroom cabinet had damaged and looked horrible , bathroom tissue was worse then gas station, towels were very small and scratchy. Hot tub chemical dispenser that floats around is gross and needs replaced. Sheets were poor quality. Light switches in terrible locations like behind doors. One light was out in master bedroom. Blow dryer was available but attachments there didn’t fit it. Very cluttered feeling cabin and decor didn’t compliment it.
