Our worst experience in 40+ years not one of the contacts given even the emergency number was valid!

Appalling! Booked, paid in full arrived no keys / access available. Spent 3 hours phoning contacts given no resolution long journey home with elderly parents both advanced Parkinson’s disease disgraceful! No explanation, apology, compassion or compensation for non-existent holiday, a wasted journey avoid like the plague. Heart breaking for all concerned impact of this experience irreconcilable 😡

No holiday took place- booking.com need to black list this property from their platform as it will bring their good name into disrepute. Do not book any property associated with Awaze vacation rentals Ltd who also own cottages.com and Hoseasons from our independent research into this matter.

Lovely cottage in a nice location

Clean, airy cottage with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of cupboard space, Sky TV was a bonus, good walks from the door

Double mattress was one where if one person moved the whole bed moved so wasn’t conducive to getting a good night’s sleep. Toilet roll provided only lasted a day. No games or books for rainy day activities.
