We travel to Puerto Penasco twice a year and rent vacation homes. This home was 10/10. The home was clean, well stocked, and everything worked perfectly. We will for sure revisit the Mermaid.

Beautiful place with the most perfect access to the beach. The neighborhood security was very helpful and made us feel safe. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was quite useful. We stayed during the week, so we had the beach to ourselves most days. Having a parking spot within the house gate was a nice touch as well. Host was amazing and helpful in answering questions since it was our first time in Rocky Point.

Communication with Kim was great.She responded to all of our concerns very quick.The main town is a little far away from the property , but that was exactly what we were looking for.We needed some time away from the crowds and traffic of the big city(Dallas TX)Get all your groceries and ice from the main town as you drive thru it.
