Located in Vaughan, this lovely house for $52 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Stay in this beautiful unit of two bedrooms with a private ensuite bathroom. Subway stations, bus stops are just a short distance away making it all easy for your transport. Have a short walk to York University to find plenty of food (e.g Aroma, Basil box, Subway, Gong Cha...). Enjoy your favourite shows, movies at night on Netflix, Disney+ right from the TV. 30 minutes to Pearson airport by car. 50 minutes to Downtown by subway train. This suite has everything for your best trip in Toronto. These two rooms are on the second floor, newly renovated. Each room has keyed lock on the door for more privacy. One private ensuite bathroom is connected to these two rooms. This suite has no kitchen. There is a microwave and a mini fridge in the suite. Guest parking: - Free indoor parking on first-come first-served basis in the garage behind the house. Kindly let us know in your reservation if you need a parking space so we can reserve it for you. - If our parking is reserved for other guests, street parking in front of the house or across the street is free at night (8pm - 8am). Street parking is free anytime on weekends. Otherwise, 1 hour parking limit in the daytime (8am - 8pm) on weekdays except Wednesday. - If you need longer parking during the daytime, paid parking is 5-minute walk from the house. The rate is low at $0.25 per hour. Neighborhood: The place is right in the York village, 10-minute walk from York University campus. Because of its convenience, many students decide to live in the village, which makes the area busy at time especially during the start of school terms. It is a young & lively neighborhood. Aviva stadium, home of Roger Cup tennis tournament, is 5 minutes away by bus. Grocery, bus stops, subway station are within walking distance. Walking to York University campus, you can find almost everything from foodies, bookstore, pharmacy to walk-in clinic, ATM & banking. Getting around: Toronto offers lots of things for you to discover and lots of amazing food. The best way to explore the city is to take public transit. Most of tourist attractions can be accessed by subway train, hence, best is to live close to a subway station. Driving is also an option. If you drive to downtown, keep in mind it will be a bit hard to find a parking space. Our house is close to two subway stations: Finch West station & York University station. You can walk, bike (there is a self-rental bike station couple steps away from the house) to any of these or a hop on a bus (make sure you check with the bus driver if it will take you to the subway station). Below are things to do in the neighbourhood: - Beautiful bike trail in front of the house - Take a bus or walk to Finch West Subway station. From there you can get around the city by subway - University Grocery store is 5 minute walk. - Walk to York University campus to find almost everything you need. - Gas station is at Sentinel & Finch - YorkDale shopping mall, one of the largest shopping malls in Toronto, is 15 minutes by car or you can take the subway. - Canada's Wonderland is also nearby, 15 minutes by car. - Lego Land in Vaughan Mills mall is a must-see for kids - Black Creek Pioneer Village where you can experience life in the Toronto region in the early 1800s. - Downsview Park hosts year-round events: fireworks show on Canada Day, cultural festivals, concerts. - Nearby restaurants: Shopsy's Sport Grill in York Lanes - York University, the Underground restaurant in York Lanes - York University, St. Louis Bar & Grill at Finch Ave West & Dufferin, Montana's BBQ & Bar at Steeles Ave West & Dufferin, 168 Sushi Japan Buffet at Steeles Ave West & Dufferin

Parking is on street, only one spot on property and multiple rooms of the house being rented, however overnight parking from 8pm to 8am was free on street. 800 m to metro station. Residential area. You are sharing a room on a house with the parents of the owners downstairs, signs of low noise From 10pm to 10am. House was clean and towels soap shampoo rinse etc provided in bathroom

The hosts are really nice, the house is cute, the rooms are very good. We really enjoyed staying here, the only thing is that it’s an 1 hour away from the centre (though you can walk to the metro - it’s 1 km away). Would definitely recommend however staying here!

Care taker very nice ,few tenant, quiet, able to cook food, things to use available. NOT LIKE the stairs, no hand towel to use to dry hands after washing hands, better face cloths ( rugs), unable to use closet to hang cloths bed mattress in side it. other room windows blocked. no TV only in 1 room , room very hot electric fan used to keep us cool.

2 very nice people with an awesome house. They even left snakes when we arrive and you got everything you need to pass you days and night in there. very clean everywhere. good WiFi speed, even cooked a nice desert. Totally worth every single Penny!

Very comfortable. It would have been better if there had been an hand shower, but it wasn't a big problem. I appreciate particularly the garage and the kitchen. The garage had been very good for my trip, because I was able to store my fishing equipment.

Only one night stay, but 15 mins from the Airport, handy for transport links into the centre of the city. Private bathroom between the 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family of four. Shared kitchen facilities if needed, owner kindly let me use his garage for the night.
