The location was convenient, as it was relatively close to shopping malls and Canada’s Wonderland. The room and bed were clean and basic, which I appreciated.
I expected more from the Marriott name, but the hotel felt more like a mid-range or budget hotel. We stayed in a room for two, but only one bottle of water was provided, and that was only on the first day. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were also not properly refilled, and I was disappointed that there were no room slippers.

The staff were amazing! So efficient, friendly and went above and beyond to be polite and welcoming. The hotel was modern and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious, we had 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was a great selection of TV channels (which is often lacking ), good quality toiletries, a coffee machine, fridge and safe in the room, plenty of sockets for charging etc. Electric black out blinds were a nice touch and the beds were very comfy. We ate in the bar as arrived late and again the service was fabulous. Food was quick and yummy.
There was only 3 towels for 4 people this was the only issue I could find and they were very apologetic!
