The room is spacious, clean and bright. Location is great. There are many places within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, etc... My daughters loved the breakfast and the staff were all great!

The pool deck had food on it and was still there the next day.

We stayed on the 7th floor. Elevators were not an issue and the suite was spacious.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes away from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre/ Vaughan mills mall. Not terrible but I would stay closer next time. I could not get Poppa John's pizza delivered to the hotel as it was outside the delivery zones. I booked on a 3rd party site in January however I arrived for check-in late due to distance of commute and was told that suite with 2 queen beds was no longer available. I then noticed a voicemail from the hotel stating that the room with 2queen beds was no longer available while I was at the check in counter. In they were able to find one, but I can only assume that they gave my room away after not checking in early enough. Lack of coffee/ juice was a continual problem at the breakfast. Creamer and sugar kept running out. I had to wait half an hour to get a cup of coffee. Kitchen staff were not very motivated to help out. Fire alarm went off after midnight on Friday and the entire hotel had to evacuate. Ended up being a false alarm and good that there were no issues. Just very annoying. Hotel would not offer compensation for the event. Room darkening shades does not block the exterior building lighting form beaming in through the valance.
