Good value if your not looking to spend a lot yet be in the best location

lovely big quiet apartment situated in the best part of town in walking distance for sightseeing and dining.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Very spacious and well situated flat

Toiletries and tumble dryer were not provided while were indicated in the description. Glory days of this flat are already far behind. Somebody could take care of damaged stuffs.

The location - nothing else.

This apartment seems like a place where leftover furniture comes to die... Inside the fridge there is an large piece of ice blocking the freezer. The conditon of the apartment is pretty bad - and it was above all not very well cleaned. Dusty and it gave a feeling of living in dirt. To use the utensil or glasses we needed to start to dish them.

An ok place to overnight very centrally in Vienna with not very high expectations.

A perfect location very centrally in the Inner center, especially if your aim is Opera, it is located literally around the corner.

Car park (with a luggage box) is pain, you can get only underground parkings, we had to take the box off and squeeze in the car... Parking on streets is just up to 2 hrs. The apartment itself is quite used, a bit smelly (from laundry in the room) and not perfectly tidy, the kitchen is tiny and not for a nice cooking at all, but we needed just to overnight 2 nights, so it was fair enough at this price for 5 persons.

It was nice family stay with unexpected space.

The apartment is comfort with well furnished. The location is really good, very close to the central city, very convenience.

It was not so easy to find the front gate and door keys, more brief indication or photos provided would be much appropriated. Heater is not enough for big size of the room in winter.

Hello, the experience with the property was terrible. The photos don’t fit the reality, bad hygiene conditions, cleanness was just horrible. Stain marks on sofas, broken sunshades, low intensity of light, rusty and dirty out of date equipment, bad odor from sheets and towels, no toilet paper, no shampoo or shower gel, mud on the floor, laundered stuff was hanged in living room, infrastructure in bathroom was poorly made, dirt behind toilet, and there was cold. We contacted the property that we don’t want to stay in those conditions and we have to move in another hotel, since we had no other option where to stay. We get reply after 2 hours that we should call and all the refunds cannot be applied. If the property had a reception and somebody we can deal immediately we would solve the problem on the spot. Location was great, in the middle of the city centre close to everywhere

Place was not cleaned properly. There was a dirty pan left from the previous stays in the kitchen that led to a horrible smell. We have told them to clean it. They asked for a picture but.never cleaned it.

there is a park close by (just 100 metres) sleep there at least you donot pay

if you give the furnitures away for free noone will take them . they are collected from garbage. you have to pay money on top. this place is a joke , i kept on laughing , so absolute money for value:) the entrance scared me so much, so also value for money like a horror movie

The location was good for walking access to many sites.

It was not well equipped as advertised. We stayed 5 nights. The kitchen had no coffeepot, no microwave, only one large pot and no other cookware. The lighting was very bad in the bed room. The bed had only a, too small, flat sheet laying over the mattress, we found a fitted one and put it on. The refrigerator works but the door shelves are missing as well as a main fridge shelf, the freezer door is broken off. The furnishings are rather tattered and not fresh like the photos appear. It does not appear to be well maintained.

Great apartment with a good location.

NOTE: WE STAYED AT THE APARTMENT AT Kleeblattgasse AND NOT AT Staatosper. Although they changed our apartment at the last minute, they were very nice and helpful. Apartment was easy to reach and very comfy. All the amenities you need and very warm.

Bed too soft. Almost falling from one side. Need to sleep good in the middle. The key pickup place was far from the actual apartment. Not easy walking with luggage and 2 children.

Exellent place for your stay in Vienna!

Location is top!

One note: the apartment is suitable for comfortable and normal sleeping for 3 people. For more people the sofa is not comfortable and extra beds are needed.

Lovely location and if cleaner would be very nice

Key pickup difficult. Enzos could not find key to apartment without contacting einer. Not real clean - pretzels on floor. Unemptied Ashtray on balcony - full of cigarillo butts. Kitchen extremely poorly furnished. No coffee making possibility - not even Filter holder or strainer for grinds. Office said there should be coffee machine or bistro- press and would contact house cleaner, but nothing was delivered. No spatula for skillet, no salad tools, no salt and pepper. Broken refrigerator in kitchen - working one in LR. Wash (bed sheets and towells) from last visitors drying in LR.
