Palazzo delle Grazie: impossibile non ritornarci!

Al primo posto la disponibilità e professionalità del personale. Inoltre, a mia moglie e a me è piaciuta la posizione della struttura, la stanza che ci è stata assegnata, la pulizia esemplare, l'accoglienza, la colazione ricca e varia, la cura di ogni dettaglio. Praticamente ci è piaciuto TUTTO! Siamo stati davvero bene e sarà impossibile non ritornarci... Grazie a Francesca, Ilaria, Anna, al proprietario Nello che non abbiamo conosciuto direttamente ma che abbiamo immaginato come un folletto attento a curare ogni aspetto del suo graziosissimo Palazzo delle Grazie. :-)

Perfect!

Gorgeous breakfast! Great variety for hungry teenagers Extremely helpful and friendly staff Gave us towels for our boat trip - which also booked through hotel and was amazing. Location - was excellent for proximity to sea and old town - but downside there was a bit of night-time noise - but we were there during august madonna holiday so town was extraordinarily busy - so as to be expected really! Parking and transfer back to pcarpark at early hours in the morning for our flight was really easy - thanks for organising

Hidden gem that made our time in Sorrento memorable

The location was excellent- heart of Sorrento. The room was beautiful, clean and traditional Italian flare. The staff was so delightful and helpful and even helped us with travel. This place made our trip so great and we feel so lucky to have found this perfect spot. We would encourage anyone to stay here.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.

The property was absolutely beautiful and so clean! The staff were wonderful and could not do enough for you. The breakfast was great, yoghurts, cakes, pastries, fruit, bread,meats and cheese. As if that wasn’t enough you could also have eggs cooked however you wanted them. If I returned to Sorrento this is the only place I would want to stay. Bellissimo!!

Fantastic location. very friendly staff. very clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!

The 5 minute hike uphill from the marina with luggage!

fabulous location for getting about in the old town and to the port and station. really lovely friendly staff, and a great breakfast

it was difficult to get the room properly dark and the mattress protector was very noisy. otherwise the room was great - especially the bath!

A cut above.

Paid a little extra for this lovely B&B and it was worth it. Big breakfast including eggs cooked to order. Espresso and tea any time of day. Elevator much appreciated after a busy day. Larger rooms and daily clean. And wonderful, friendly staff, always there to answer any questions. Note: if you take the ferry in, make sure you walk to the elevator that goes up the hill to the town. Don't try walking up the streets from the port!

Hotel in a quite area but still 3 min working distance from all attractions. The stuff was super friendly and we enjoyed every minute spent in this lovely hotel. The cleaning service was also above expectations.

A true boutique hotel with service to match. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had and I'll be recommending to all who are planning a trip. Breakfast was a huge fresh spread despite only a couple of rooms being full, the location is perfect right in the centre of town on a beautiful square.

There is so much to love about Palazzo delle Grazie. The people running it were incredibly helpful, the location was ideal for being convenient to restaurants, the center of town and the train station. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. Best of all was breakfast….the best scrambled eggs and more than enough sweets to start your day out with a little sugar high!

If I ever return to Sorrento, I would most definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

We have only stayed in five places so far this trip. This has been by far the best and, so far, also the cheapest. The best because the staff are great, the rooms very nice, breakfast excellent, location super, etc.

We LOVED IT and would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff; it is located in a convenient area of Sorrento; the morning breakfast was very good.

The mattress pad under the sheet was uncomfortable and the pillows were not very comfortable. After the first night we became use to them, but they should consider upgrading g those items.
