Nice room. Complimentary water and coffee. Good location.
The note left in the room said cleaners would come in at 11am. However when we were still in bed at 9:15am one of the cleaners rang our alarm then opened our door briefly.

An excellent host who gave detailed instructions on reaching the property from the port and was an absolute lifesaver with the laundry service, an incredible location right in the middle of Sorrento, and an awesome room! Clean, comfortable, and cozy.

So many things to like. It was a great location right in the busy part of town, with restaurants etc close (this did make it a little noisy at night but this didn’t bother us). Short walk to the beach area and mariner.
Paolo was a great host with good communication, always making sure we had everything we needed and answering our questions with advice. It was clean and tidy.
Not too much wrong. A water bottle each day would have been good. Another suggestion would be access to a beach towel, even if this was with an additional hire fee.
