The location, ease of check in/check out, cleanliness and the room layout were all incredible. Bonus points for real Air Conditioning and a cold refrigerator. I can’t thank the incredible staff enough who helped us out of a big mess when we accidentally left our passports in the room when we were already in Napoli. Highly recommend. When we come back to Sorrento we will stay here again!

Maison Blu was perfect and I would highly recommend and stay again without hesitation - we stayed for 4 nights. The beds were so comfortable, everything was super clean, it was so quiet. The location is the best with restaurants and shops and everything u need right at your doorstep. The staff were excellent and assisted with booking a private transfer for us from Naples airport to Maison Blu which was great and stress free. Staff also suggested and booked a boat tour to Capri - definitely take the early 8 am trip with a pick up to get to the boat dock close (10 minute walk) at 7.15 am as later tours mean long queues from the boat dock in Capri to get on funicular to main Capri and you enjoy less crowds in Capri during the busy season. Visit the gardens just off the main square in Capri for beautiful views and photo opportunities. The staff at Maison Blu also assisted in booking a car for us to our next stop in Positano.
No complaints at all.
