The property was satisfactory
The description on the booking site said ‘Free’ next to the airport shuttle service which is why I booked the hotel.
The service was not free, it was 132 euro and after telling me they were able to book it, the night before they then said it was too late and could no longer book the service.
When I asked for information on alternative travel options they did not respond.
