House is newly renovated 2017, with new furnishings and upgrades. Lake Front Escape has a large wrap around deck taking in the lake view and Mills creek. It features a private pool, outdoor stove with a beautifully stoned waterfall. Great view, location, and walking distance to all ammentities. Enjoy the heart of the city, walking distance to Central Park, Lake front & Beach front. Private pool, house newly renovated and upgraded, fully furnished. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

As a family of five (two parents, one child, two grandparents) the location was easy access to the lake, parks and local amenities. The area is high-traffic given it backs onto the dog-access part of the lack and looks out onto the bridge, but given the time of year (late September) it wasn’t an issue. Ana was a tremendous host, and while she was unable to control the weather, she did everything she could to help ensure we got to enjoy the pool and to make the most of our stay. The accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful backyard with pool. Was very clean and Anna was wonderful for check in and for giving us our privacy. Close to everything. Close to highway but wasn’t really noisy. Owner was very responsive to answering any questions we had. We spent most of our time by the pool which was also warm and clean. Thanks for a great stay.

We are a family of 5 and can’t say enough great things about this home and our holiday! Perfectly located, very central, we biked or walked almost everywhere! The house was very spacious, clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. And the pool was fantastic! Anna was an excellent host, very kind and quickly responsive to any requests! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location....close to City Park and downtown restaurants. We biked almost every morning down the marina boardwalk and stopped at Blenz for coffee. The pool at the house was great for all of us (from an 18month old to a 77 year old)! My 7 year old son also loved the Wibit water park at City beach. It was a great summer getaway!

We were one of 2 couples that stayed at this property. Its location was perfect for travelling to West Kelowna all the way to Vernon as the only access is highway 97 both ways. The unit itself was very spacious and clean and was perfect for 2 couples. Although it is close to a public beach and highway 97, noise was not an issue as the unit is sound proofed and very quiet so noise was not an issue. Anna was there to greet us and was always available to answer any questions. She was the perfect host. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
