Bedrooms 2&3 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, ceiling fans & patio doors onto terrace area. Family shower room with shower, wash hand basin & WC. Modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Large lounge/dinning room comprises of dinning table seating 6 comfortably, 2 three seater sofas, flat screen TV sitting on unit enclosing multi media blue ray dvd player, hi fi system, satellite receiver and Wireless internet connection, patio doors on 2 sides leading to upper terrace with shaded area, 6 seater dinning table & chairs, sofa, chairs & coffee table. I can only echo what others have said previously. Spotlessly clean villa in quiet location with lovely views across the landscape towards the sea . Booking process a doddle with clear concise information from the owners for arrival . Wi-Fi good (took my own firestick for tv ) car probably essential for most people but everything you require is 45 minutes walk away . We visited frequently in the 80’s and kept the island a secret . Although it’s changed like everywhere would we return? Of course👍

We have been to Fuerteventura 3 times in the last year to three different Villas and this was by far the best. Booking, payment and communication with Graham the owner was seamless and very easy. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early as the Villa had been prepared. Sandy and Andy who manage the property (but we did not meet) had left the place spotless for us. If you want a great Villa, we’ll equipped, with amazing views, a great pool, a short cab ride or car journey from town, close to the golf course, with lovely comfortable furnishings then look no further than Casa Roja. We will be back !!!

My wife and l arrived at the property at 10 o'clock at night believing that there would be some-one to greet us but there was no one so we could not gain entry this caused great distress as we are old pensioners my wife is 83 years old and at a loss on what to do but some-one nearby (a doctor) came to our rescue and drove us to a hotel costing us 110 euro for a night's stay , . Next morning a receptionist at the hotel managed to contact Vrbo who gave details on how to contact the owner, on the telephone the owner said he sent instructions on how to gain entry we never received them, after a great deal of wrangling we managed to get instructions, so we got a taxi back to villa to gain entry this was well into Thursday afternoon losing valuable time, money ,and distress on what was to be our dream vacation, A week later we met the villa manager and requested if we could delay our departure till the afternoon as we had a late departure ,this was refused unless we paid extra money , this l found astonishing considering the time and money lost due to not gaining entry to the villa plus no one was moving into the villa till the following day ..We thank Vrbo for their part but feel there should be a backup in case the situation arises again. overall, a very distressing time .

We travelled just before the total lock down due to the Covid-19. The villa is wonderful, well equiped with a great view and lovely garden. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay. The location is super, close by facilities but still private. Unfortunately we had to stay on the premisses and could not explore that part of the island.
We were in contact with Graham, one of the owners during the lock down situation. He was very helpful and empathised with our situation.
We were happy to be able to fly back home but look forward to returning to this great island and Casa Roja soon.

Despite close to the Airport (7 km) and ongoing air traffic it is a very calm and pleasant Villa. Everything is there, except enough handkerchiefs for one week and sun umbrellas . The pool is very clean and likewise big as well as the bedrooms, kitchen and surrounding.
Overall, we found our stay very comfortable and enjoyable

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Roja, and would highly recommend it. The house itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The fact that it is at the end of the street means that it is very private, the garden area is not overlooked by neighbours, and it has uninterrupted views down to the sea. The pool is just the right temperature.
Despite being in a very quiet area, there is a very good restaurant 5 minutes walk away. There's also a big (for Fuerteventura) supermarket 5 minutes drive away. You do need a car if you want to explore all the stunning beaches on the island. We would love to return!

Perfect!
We had a fantastic stay. The property is in the ideal location with stunning views and was spotless with everything you might need. You are 5 minutes drive from shops and restaurants. The pool was a big hit for us all at a lovely temperature and evenings were well spent on the terrace looking at the stars and watching the planes coming in to land. Sandy and Andy are lovely and very helpful. We certainly plan to return.

Bit of a trek to the nearest shops so I'd advise hiring a car (unless you like walking :-) but this also meant that we had a lot of peace and quiet with no disturbances at all apart from the goats that came to see us every afternoon (keep your stale bread to feed them over the property wall ;-) and the location of the garden meant we could play music etc without disturbing any neighbours.
Easily one of the best holidays we've ever had.

Great villa - fantastic holiday
As a location for a family holiday, this villa has it all. Great panoramic views, close to the golf course, a great heated pool, lovely outside split level patio spaces and garden and on top of this we had good weather all week. The villa was a great size for our family group which consisted of 4 adults and 2 children (age 5 & 6). It was very clean, well equipped and comfortably laid out - nothing had been overlooked to ensure our stay was as pleasant as it could possibly be. We holiday in Fuerteventura during November every year and would certainly use this villa again.

Lovely modern, clean villa in a quiet location.
The villa is lovely, the pool was heated, not too warm but a really nice temperature to cool you down and warm enough to stay in it quite a while. The kitchen has every item you could possibly need, everything is spotlessly clean.
The villa is a 2 minute walk from a really very nice restaurant (Algo Mas) overlooking the lovely golf course, wonderful food and a really great price, everything else is a car drive away, you could walk if you wanted to but its quite far and nothing of interest on the way.
A large supermarket is a 5 mins drive away in the Atlantico Centre with lots of other shops and restaurants including a McDonalds drive through opposite. You can park underneath the centre free of charge all day and it is right on the beach, the best beach in our opinion and you can use the toilet facilities in the centre.
Caleta De Fuste town centre is just under 10 mins drive, plenty off free parking or the taxis come within 5 mins of calling (phone number in the villa) and cost 5 Euros each way, plenty of taxis at the taxi rank for the return journey, loads of restaurants and bars, it's a small town but plenty to do. We particularly liked Aroma, the Indian and La Bodeguita, the Italian. Fado Rock is also good and very popular, really busy and a bit dated now but the best steak ever! Restaurants and supermarkets are very good value on the island.
The only slight downside for me was I missed having air conditioning at the villa (my family were OK though), I thought the Fuerteventura breeze would be enough to cool me down when sleeping (you can slide open the doors but keep the shutters locked), unfortunately on a few nights it was too hot for me, luckily I found a spare fan and I used that which was perfect, most nights the breeze was sufficient however.
We didn't use the wifi as it seemed a bit complicated to set up and pay for and it states it isn't strong enough for streaming, as we would have used it for Netflix etc we decided against it but were able to use our UK data instead.
The safe was easy to use but not big enough for laptops, however the area seems so safe and the villa seems pretty secure if all locked up that we weren't too bothered. We didn't meet Sandy who looks after the villa but she left her number in case. We did get to meet Andy, her partner and the pool man, such a lovely guy with a wealth of knowledge about the island.
Overall a lovely, peaceful 2 weeks in the sun, perfect.

Perfect!
Stayed here for 18 nights late June and we had an amazing holiday. The villa is just perfect with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The place is immaculate and the villa managers (Sandy and Andy) couldn't keep the place better.
The pool is heated to just the right temperature too. We spent hours in there! The views are also amazing. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough and hope to return soon.
Thanks also to Graham for all his assistance making the booking process so easy. We have stayed in other villas and this has been the best yet!

Beautiful villa, wonderful views
Just arrived back from a weeks stay with the family ( 4 boys, self and hubbie). Right from booking and initial enquiries the correspondence with the owner was clear with quick replies to any questions we had. Upon arrival at the villa we received a lovely welcome pack of wine, beer, milk etc, which was wonderful as our flight arrived in early evening, iThe villa was kept lovely and clean, with a lovely heated pool, this was used on a daily basis by the whole family. One thing to take into consideration is the location, whilst it has beautiful views and a lovely quiet location it is a little far out, 20 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and 45 minutes into Caleta itself, Car hire is advisable other than that we used Taxi's a lot (spent approx 60 Euros in total over the week). If you want a ' totally relaxing stay at the Villa holiday' then this is perfect.

Lovely family villa - fantastic week
We had a lovely week at Casa Roja and it was a fantastic base for our family holiday.
We were a family of five (three adults and two small children - who shared one of the twin rooms). There was lots of room and two good size bathrooms. The bedrooms were all a good size and lots of wardrobe space for clothes.
There is a great feeling of privacy, as you aren't overlooked on any side, plus with being on a corner plot, with two little ones, we didn't feel like we were disturbing anybody as they played in the pool. The road alongside side is quiet and so there is no real noise or disturbance there.
The villa was well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. With the large patio area, the villa is also very spacious and had plenty of room for the kids to move around. The fans in the bedroom kept us all sufficiently cool and the children slept well each night.
It was a great location (with a car) for a holiday on the island. It is handily located as a base to get around the island and do everything we wanted to do and see - nowhere we went was more than an hour's drive. Plus, it is only 5 mins drive into Caleta de Fuste, which has everything you need.
There are some lovely see views and the children really enjoyed watching the planes fly past as they come in to land at the airport.
We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again if we go back to Fuerteventura (the kids are already asking when we can!)

We are a family of 5, and we stayed in this fantastic villa, it had everything you needed, a real home from home. Sandy and Andy keep the place immaculate. The pool is solar heated so it is always a great temperature. There is a constant breeze, so it is so pleasant. Fantastic views from the villa. It is in a quiet residential area, so peaceful, but not too far from fantastic beaches, and lovely restaurants and bars. We have stayed in many villas, but this is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. We will definitely return and would reccomend this to anyone who is looking for an amazing time in the Canaries. I have to mention a couple of restaurants, Ocean View has lovely food and great service, but if you want something a bit special Gambrinus is fantastic, amazing food, great atmosphere and the best service. Patrick who served us could not do enough! I think that I have now ran out of superlatives about this holiday. Thank you again to Sandy and Andy for keeping the place and pool so clean, and recommending places. Nearly forgot to mention Oasis Park, a nature reserve, they have live animals from all over the world. In conclusion Great villa and Great Island, anybody hiring the villa are in for a great holiday.

We stayed here for 3 months Jan/March 2017 if you want to get away from the tourist area this is the place for you so quiet and relaxing, Sandy and Andy could not do enough for us big thk you to them..pool cleaned every week .the villa has plenty of utensils pots/pans/dishes/glasses and a joy to self -cater the weather was great and having the pool a bonus, no rushing down to put towels on the sun bed or sharing the pool with others..great villa if you have children or a few couples plenty of living and outdoor space.. only 15min to Atlantico Shopping area and roughly 20 min car or local bus to Puerto del Rosario,Hire a car and tour the island find all the lovely little villages and eating places.If the all
day" Beer Soaking Breakfast" is your thing then Caleta town is the place for you....pubs/clubs/Chinese/Indian/quiz nights etc..we have visited many times to the Island and loved its rural area's.I am a keen runner so plenty area's hills/and flat.We walked on the days we had no car great walking area..... Elba Palace Golf Resort is lovely, food fab, and local La Salinas Golf Club is handy friendly staff and food good.. Las Salenas Del Carmen lovely little fish restaurant short walk from the villa.. All in we had a fantastic time and would recommend the villa to like minded friends..easy booking with the company and Graham is very helpful and makes the process of booking so simple and easy...three months flew in.. thank you Graham for renting us this lovely villa..Highly recommend .

Spotlessly clean villa with amazing views
Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. It is modern, minimalist in design and perfect for rentals. We were provided with a welcome pack of orange juice, milk, red wine, cava and beer. There were also tea and coffee sachets available. We were delayed by several hours and arrived in the dark instead of early eve, all instructions were clear. We could not get the light to work outside but the torch app on my phone helped with that. The villa stands on the fork betweeen two roads and has sea views, some cars pass throughout the day and evening but otherwise it is perfectly quiet. The bungalow next to/behind the villa was occupied and also some behind that, but all the ones opposite are empty and it appears unsold. To the other side there is just rocky land where goats appear for a while in the morning.
In terms of facilities the villa has pretty much all you could want except for heating! Apparently we had exceptionally cold weather and were huddled in blankets indoors for almost 4 days trying to get warm - we also bought jumpers! However, the remaining 4 days were warm and sunny.
The weather is very windy and it meant that we could not really make use of the exceptional eating and seating areas outside - a real shame.
The pool is clean and heated, although the weather was too cold for me to want to attempt to get in! . There are 6 sun beds around the pool - they are sturdy but I have to admit to finding them very uncomfortable - it might just be me though!
The lounge/dining room area were lovely, comfortable and well equipped, as was the kitchen. The bedrooms are all clean and contain sliderobes, beds and cabinets. Again, I found the mattress uncomfortable but it might just be that I am used to something different.
The saviour for us was the golf club restaurant around the corner. When we arrived late dropped off by a taxi, we had had nothing to eat and without a car and no food in the villa we were wondering what to do. We decided to walk around and give it a try and they were amazing - we went back 3 more times during our stay.
My advice would be to hire a car, as although the walk down to the shopping centre is doable - 15 mins, when you get there apart from the spar supermarket and some clothes shops the restaurants are not great so you would need to walk another 15-20 minutes to get to more. The first few days we relied on taxis to get back and they were cheap, but we were happier after getting a car. Overall, lovely stay.

We spent a week at Casa Roja in November.
What an excellent villa - as described, well equipped with everything we could possibly need, nice quiet location on the golf course complex. Great to have been given handy directions to the villa from the airport. About a 25-30minute walk to the beach and shops at the Atlantico centre in Caleta
Property very clean and well maintained.
Had excellent info in advance of travel from Graham, as well as a visit from Andy the property manager while we were there.
Pool was heated and ok for a dip in November with the air temp around 23degrees!
Would recommend a hire car if you want to explore the island at all although there is more than enough to do/get everything you need in Caleta. We ventured to Costa Calma one day as part of the beach in caleta was closed for regeneration. Nice beach at costa calma if you want to explore!
The marina near the Barcelo hotel in caleta is really lovely and had some nice places to eat & drink. Also really enjoyed a restaurant called 555 grill & tapas in the Castillo shopping centre area of Caleta.
All in all, an excellent holiday in an excellent villa!
