About this apartment rental
This Unit has breath taking views from the large well equipped balcony and from every room in the Condo!
It is a spacious four bedroom and four & half bath condo with exceptional amenities and is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. Comfortable places to sit fill the large living area, and you have access to a large flat screen television, DVD player, and a stereo system. The Huge gourmet kitchen and over-sized breakfast bar make for the perfect place for all your family and friends to congregate. The "kitchen is very well equipped" and has a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker.
There is a large formal table that offers plenty of seating for large families. Dining on the tiled balcony, which has a table with six chairs, lets you enjoy meals while watching the action on the beach and the water.
All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a luxurious bathroom with an extended vanity counter that has two sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large step-in shower with glass panels. The first guest bedroom has a king along with a full size bathroom with a combined tub and shower. The second guest bedroom also has two queen size beds, and a bathroom very similar to the previous one. The fourth bedroom has a single twin and set of bunk beds; a full size on bottom bunk and single on top. It also has a full bathroom.
Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

There were 10 of us and the condo was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. All who attended thought it was a great place. The view from the deck is great. The elevators are a bit annoying, but in most cases did not have to wait that long. Kids loved the lazy river. The beach is one of the best we have been to. Very clean and can walk for hours. The only issue I had is of all the homes we have rented, this one had the least amount of provisions. Not a major issue, but bathrooms and kitchen were definitely stocked less than others we have used.

We enjoyed the large balcony and the beach. Bedrooms were nice. Suggestion would be to add lamps and etc with USB outlets, replace toilets with higher seats and new hairdryers for bathrooms.

The amenities of the Phoenix West were great and the layout of the unit itself was what we expected. What did not go well is the cooling system in the unit did not work efficiently in the back master bedroom. It was not cool enough for comfortable sleep at night in that bedroom only. The rest of the unit kept very cool at night.The thermostat in the hall outside of the bedroom never got below 72/71 and was definitely a few degrees warmer in the actual bedroom. We had to sleep with the bedroom door open at night to improve air flow and with a sheet only to stay somewhat comfortable but we never really got a good night’s sleep due to being hot. This was reported multiple times, but not resolved. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work, it produced only a few cubes throughout the week. This was reported and checked out twice, but never resolved. The most significant concern is that we had a false fire alarm for the entire Phoenix which never sounded in the actual condo. We only were made aware when a member of our group stepped outside of the unit and heard the siren in the hallway. Unfortunately, someone in our party was showering at the time, and we evacuated without knowing that someone was showering. There was also no emergency evacuation map or procedures posted by the door. Had this been a true fire, this could have been tragic. This was reported midweek, but never addressed.
