All the apartments that were provided to us were clean & comfortable except for the latest one.

It's clean & as always convenient.

1) 2 dinning chairs were wobbly. The sofa was old, very low & the sponge was flat. 2) The pillows were flat too. We had to ask for extra & were charged for it. 3) We requested an extended stay for a few hours but were rejected.

Terrible, horrible.

Nothing

The house is poorly maintained, the linens are dirty and when enter the house, there is a pungent smells that makes everyone uncomfortable. The toilet bowl is not clean properly as well. We immediately checked out and did not even stay in the house. We then contacted the management but was replied by a scripted message and no action nor follow up by them. Try to call in but no one picks up. Really a terrible experience and hope Booking.com do a check on them and make sure they are up to standard.

5 / 10

Okay lah. As we wait for 1hr outside the facility as the door was not able to unlock

The place is really near to all the malls and Immigration.

There are some condoms inside the toilet rolls and very disgusting words and drawings on the master bedroom toilet mirror.

8 / 10

Satisfied

Nearby shops and facilities and easy to find food.

The fan in the room not working and the WiFi not easy connected and also Aircon not too strong in the master bedroom.
