We are happy and enjoyed our stay there.

Good location. Though no breakfast provided but food outlet, malls nearby. Facilities provided and cleanliness are satisfactory. We feel comfortable and enjoyed during our stays.

Ceiling fans not available. The ACs is cooling but we could switch to fans if it gets too cold. Prefer to have a water dispenser rather than needs to boil water everytime to prepare hot drinks.

Ok for 1 day trip ONLY

Location was near by checkpoint , food and shopping center . Able to fit family of 6 with 3 bedroom.

1. Throughout the walk from the lobby to the unit , there's a strong sewage smell eventhough it's a high floor unit. 2.Common toilet was filthy . Not washed thoroughly. Toilet bowl has strong urine smell. 3. Alot of cracked , disintegrated surfaces on walls and especially toilet surfaces . (Which is not shown in any of the display photos) Unsafe for family with small kids or crawling babies. 4. Key card to unit is useless as u need the password . Door machine doesn't recognize the key card.

Improvements really needed. Felt cheated.

The location is good.

The lifts were broken down so only one lift and emergency lift for people to check in and use the whole day. The main hall Aircon was totally faint, though they sent repair guys it did not change. The heading is Luxe Suasanna with bathtub. But there was no bathtub as states for our booking. We felt cheated as it was a core criteria in booking the facility. The gym was open but Aircon was broken down. So it was totally hot. They didn't bother to upgrade us or offer us anything to balance off the bad experience.
