Not the unit that we booked

The location was great and the host was quite responsive, but unfortunately we did not get the unit we had booked.‎ ‎

I think photos speak louder than words. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. We booked a Marvel 3-bedroom, apartment for 14 people, with the listed sleeping arrangements shown in the booking. However, when we checked in at around 8pm, I noticed the unit totally looked diff from platform. Immediately verified with the host, but it was only acknowledged 2 hrs later that our booking had been mistakenly swapped with another booking. ‎ ‎The main issue was the sleeping arrangement and insufficient bedding. The unit simply did not have enough proper beds/bedding for the number of pax we had booked for. We ended up having to make do with mattresses (only 2 available) ‎ ‎What was even more disappointing was that after we raised the issue, the host eventually suggested that we could cancel the stay if the unit could not accommodate us. This was around 10pm, when we were already checked in with a group of 14 people. Realistically, finding another suitable accommodation for 14 people at that hour was not a practical solution. ‎ ‎The host did apologise and offered to refund the RM30 difference, but the issue was never about the RM30. It was about receiving the accommodation we had actually booked and having an adequate sleeping arrangement for our group. ‎ ‎To be fair, the unit is considered spacious (but not for our group), we did not encounter any major cleanliness issues, and the host was quite responsive to our messages. However, those positives cannot make up for being given the wrong unit and having inadequate sleeping arrangements for a large group. ‎ ‎For a booking of this size, the accommodation details should have been double-checked before check-in. Unfortunately, this experience was stressful and disappointing, and I cannot recommend this stay. To be fair, we did not even get to experience the stay that we booked & the Marvel that the kiddos are looking forward to.. ‎

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious, house is very big. Overall excellent... I will recommend ur homestay to my friends and family

One problem is the 2nd room heater is not hot, pls check the water heater.
