Originally built in 1933 as a large commercial furniture warehouse it has been transformed into a vibrant multi purpose space of residential lofts & boutique businesses located directly across the street from World renowned Balboa Park.

The loft was just as described. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. There was airplane noise but it really did stop around 11. It didn’t bother my husband or I at all. We had one issue getting AC to work but Kelly was quick with a response on what to do, totally us not the system . Parking on street right outside door with no problem and walking to certain places was easy enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Centrally located so were able to walk to balboa park and Gaslamp district. 6th street parking is not free and has a 2 hour limit. 2 of the parking meters in the front of the building were broke so we just parked there. Bathroom has no counter space. We liked the planes flying overhead and the fact that we were the only people in the building at night.

The aircraft noise was significant and every 3 minutes until 10:50 pm and started again at 4:55 am. There is no soundproofing in the ceiling or the windows, so it was just too much for us, the other person with me slept with a pillow on their head.This is noted at the very bottom of the amenities. The unit itself is absolutely fine otherwise.
