We came to Boulder just for a quick weekend to see a performance by my son. We needed a place that was both close to the school as well as the Pearl Street fun. This was house was perfect! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet easy walking distance to all of the fun. Absolutely would recommend.

Four women shared this cozy house for a week while participating in a program nearby. It provided the perfect balance between separate bedroom privacy and inviting areas to connect and decompress together. The beautiful chandelier in the world's most fun to cook in kitchen became the focal gathering point for the trip. Laura was an amazing host, so thoughtful, responsive and whole house beautifully appointed down to the last detail. High, high recommend!

Perfection! We had a blast in Boulder and were grateful for our stay at this property. Easy walk to campus, quiet neighborhood, comfortable home away from home, cozy and comfy. We are looking forward to another opportunity to gather around the piano and enjoy time on the hill.

Laura was very informative and responded to any questions we had very quickly. The house was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also convenient to stores and a short drive to many destinations. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was right in the thick of Boulder in the very best way. We were able to walk to Pearl Street,up to the park with hiking trails and to the campus. The owner thought of everything including fluffy towels and nice toilet paper! We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it more highly. The owner even honored our request for a late check out and texted to check on us on our second day.

Laura's home was perfect for our girl's retreat!!. It was clean and cozy and included a lot of extra amenities. The kitchen which we utilized everyday was well equipped and the island made a great workstation to get everyone involved. All of the beds were comfortable and the bedding/towels were higher quality. There were even bathrobes for each of us. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. There is a beautiful view of the Flat Irons which we enjoyed each morning relaxing on the front porch. Laura is an excellent host and I would highly recommend staying here. I hope I get to enjoy it again on another trip to Boulder.

Stayed with my husband, mother in law, and two children (7&9), comfortable beds and bedding/towels, hot showers, AC in every bedroom, large fenced and flat backyard, perfect location for all things Boulder. Street parking is shaded by a large tree. TV in one bedroom and family room both worked well. We didn't do any cooking this trip but kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay here again on our next Boulder trip!

If you want to be able to walk to CU Campus, Flatirons, Pearl Street, and the Hill, this is the perfect place to stay. Near everything but in a very quiet little neighborhood. We loved the house but our favorite spot was the swing on the front porch with a view of the mountains. The owner was fantastic to work with. Probably one of the best on VRBO. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of plush towels and any amenity you could think of. Definitely a home away from home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A true treasure. CVV

This is an absolute perfect location to be able to walk to Pearl Street, the CU campus and the Hill, and Boulder hikes like Chattaqua and Sanitas. We had a terrific family vacation in Boulder, and Laura could not have been more helpful.

A group of us flew into town on business. We couldn’t pack the daily essentials. The house was stocked with coffee, teas, soap, detergent and basic condiments (among other things). Made it super convenient.

We had a wonderful time at Laura’s home. The location is perfect. The front porch swing and spacious backyard are lovely. The kitchen is functional and comfortable, and the piano is a nice bonus. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. The location allows you to walk to trails and pearl street, and it’s a very short drive to Chautauqua. Highly recommend!

Aug 2021 Rental - We stayed at the house to drop off our son at CU and wanted to be close to downtown but not in the middle of the University. Could not have been happier with the stay, house, host and location. Boulder is great for walking and hiking and this location is amazing for walking to dinner, into town for coffee and right down the street from the Flatirons. House - Perfect for a family with two rooms upstairs and the master down. The kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. The front porch is perfect for having a glass of wine and feeling the cool breeze. Host - Some of the best communication we have ever had and Laura really bent over backwards to make sure we felt at home. No issues at all with the house but her level of contact was perfect. Pro-tip - I have been renting from Homeaway/VRBO for over 7 years and never downloaded the mobile app before this stay - do it! It made the communication and all the data about the rental right at your fingertips. Changed the experience.

My sisters and I spent 4 nights in Boulder at this quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was bright and well equipped for us to cook meals at home. We loved coffee and cocktails on the beautiful porch with views of the mountains. We enjoyed a game of bocce in the spacious backyard. We walked to Pearl street as well as the Flatirons. It was beautifully decorated and very homey.

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The house is great and my group loved the location. Great experience and will definitely consider coming back if in Boulder again.

Our experience in the house was great. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were inviting. The property manager was pleasant and helpful. We left an item and had to contact her to look for it. She did and got back to us quickly to make arrangements to get it back to us. This really was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a VRBO. Awesome porch too on a quiet block in a neighborhood filled with wildflowers. (We were there in July.)
