- modern room
- quiet (at least if you pick the rooms towards the inner courtyard)
- free water bottles and a water refill station outside the room
- convenient location right next to the city center

completely complicated way to enter the building, need to download an app, register with id and get familiar to the app which is counterintuitive- all to Fall into bed when arriving late at night at an unfamiliar place. not cool!
