Out of Birmingham traffic
Car parking! Staff rarely available!

The single room was comfortable and well-located - close to reception and breakfast rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, instantly attending to any small issues we had.
The quality of some breakfast ingredients e.g. orange juice, could be better. Also, it would be better to serve the cafetieres without pushing the plunger down so that guests can choose to have stronger coffee if they prefer.

BREAKFAST SUFFICIENT - LOCATION FINE

location but that’s what I chose considering close to chocolate world. breakfast quality was good.
room was too small.
noisy flush and stairs.
clogged shower drain.
irregular hot/cold water.
very limited breakfast options to choose - literally 4 options. staff got upset on asking for extra toast. 4* price for 2* facilities
